Placed order on app. Arrived at Trenton Florida Hungry Howie's and the pizza was 20 minutes later than their app said it was complete. Don't waste your time if Trenton Fl is the Hungry Howie's you have to go to. Horrible customer service and Horrible pizza.

I don’t ask for much, but being pregnant and not wanting to drive all the way to Chiefland to Pizza Hut, I wanted a Hawaiian pizza with stuffed crust and the garlic butter flavoring. I called in the order. It was pouring rain and the staff was outside taking a break when I walked in and I had to wait for them to come in while I saw that my pizza was just sitting out in a pan on the other side of the oven. Their card machine was also broken, which was not mentioned on the phone, so I had to use the ATM with the charge to get cash to pay for the pizza (while the staff was still outside). I just wanted to get my pizza and go. When I got home I realized the pizza was all wrong- NOT HAWAIIAN. It was supreme with garlic herb crust. Not at all what I was wanting. Will not be ordering from them again for a while.

I lived in Trenton my whole life and this hungry Howies was our go to. Nowadays they can’t read… I put in a mobile order for a large ham and cheese sub with marinara… I got a regular sized and no marinara. And half the time the pizza is burnt. It’s always a 50/50 shot with them and I never complained but after paying for something I didn’t even get I’ve had enough

They have made good food in the past. Now the store has a new manager who is rude and seems to be proud of it. The quality has gone down a great deal, but don't complain -- she really dislikes anyone who insinuates that the food could be better..... The kitchen is in disarray and the front counter was filthy with grime that could be scraped off with a coin even though I was told that the counter was "as clean as they could get it". So disappointing.

Every time I try to order something there , they are always out of something. , quality has gone way downhill, and nobody cares for my business,. Several times I've ordered and when I get. Tell me their card processor, and never bother to say so when I order , terrible place

I went in to grab three large pizzas there was one personnel that was there and I tell you what she earned the tips that she received she was keeping track of all the orders making all the pizza and keeping up this young lady deserve to be a manager. Heck she even deserve to be a regional manager now unfortunately the seats and the bar needs to be reworked because it's in are part of the gas station but besides that it was still clean clean

Called in an order for 1 cheese pizza to the Trenton FL location on 10/10/19 at 7:07 pm. The young lady taking my order said it would be ready in 30 min. At 7:50 pm the pizza had not even been started yet. When I complained the young lady behind the counter said,"Well, we're busy." I then told her I couldn't stay any longer and asked for my money back. She looked past me and started talking to the customer behind me. At that point I walked out and called the 1800 customer service number, filed a complaint and again asked for a refund. The representative I spoke with took my complaint and said someone would follow up with me within 48 hours. It's now monday and since I haven't heard from anyone, I called the 1800 number and asked where we stand. The representative I spoke with today said they reported my complaint to the location I had trouble with and it was now their responsibility to contact me and offer me a refund for the pizza i didn't receive. Wow... I told them that after the customer service i experienced that I really did not expect them to even make an attempt to contact me let alone make good on the money I was out. I hate to hurt my local Hingry Howies that usually has great service but I really don't want to support the corporation after this. Sorry.

My husband and I have been so pleased with the service 10/18 Found out there is a New owner. The girl that makes our pizza has repeatedly done a Wonderful job very kind would highly recommend trying them again. I think you'll be very HAPPY! Let them know how good there service is. As Its really nice to be told when you try your best! Enjoy!

When I picked up my pizza 3/18/19 @6:44pm order#40, the girl was making others orders, no hair net, no gloves. Stopped making the food, cashed out my order, handed it to me and went right back to making orders. No glives, did NOT WASH HER HANDS and had long fake nails with added color and embellishments on them. That is not sanitary or up to health codes. Disgusting! People get sick like that. Need more conscientious employees and follow health codes.
