Jacob was extremely helpful and had above and beyond customer service. He was able to answer all my questions, tested my feet for the ideal shoe, and was able to help me pick what insoles that would assist me even more. Because he is a runner he was able to help me target the spots on my feet that were causing my knees to hurt- thanks Jacob!

Stopped in today for the first time, the 2 gentlemen working were very busy but made sure to greet me. They both offered their help once they were free. I was impressed enough with the store and their customer service to write this review. I snagged some goodies and will recommend them to friends.

I tried this place out for the first time and wasn't that impressed. It's not a terrible place to shop if you know exactly which shoe you want to buy but their competitors in the area are much better suited towards helping someone find the right shoe.

Blown away by my experience here! The store is clean and Virginia was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a computer that will perform a 3D scan of your feet in order to tell you every possible measurement for both feet. I was amazed at the subtle differences between my two feet. Every serious runner should visit this store. It was a hike from Tampa, but well worth the drive.

Very knowledgeable staff. High tech shoe fitting and the experience of a friendly staff member helped me to find exactly the right shoes. The price is comparable to Amazon, so when you consider that I got one-on-one assistance to find the right shoes, it’s a win.

What a great store. Two people helped me out and made sure I had the correct shoe I needed. Great selection and amazing customer service. Any runner in the area should be using this store. Very educated on how shoes are supposed to fit for runners and helped me make a great decision.
