All I can go by is my experience… bought an item and as I walked to the car I realized it was the wrong type of product… I walked back in and asked if I can exchange. The product I bought was actually more expensive so I said “hey I know you guys have to get inventory right and you can make the correction later, but I’m fine with losing my couple of bucks” they said “no you can’t just do that” and asked for my receipt, which I didn’t have because it was 1 item and the cashier threw it away. Keep in mind, it was dead and I was the last transaction done… she actually started to mumble that they couldn’t do the exchange without the receipt… in the end, I stood there for about 10-12 minutes for her to not need my assistance at all… just made me wait for absolute no reason… she did give about $2.57 on a Walgreens card, to make up the difference… but keep in mind, I DIDNT care about the cash because I needed to get the heck out of there.

Lying about the pharmacy being open and they helping customers while the whole time am sitting in my car at the drive through with a sign on the glass saying pharmacist not on duty. Pharmacy hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00pm, it’s now 9:45

I'm disgusted by how much they charge for Earth's best organic baby formula. Every other store in town including public sells it for 27.99, and these guys are charging 36.99! As if raising a baby isn't hard enough, Walgreens has no problem ripping us off.

Store manager is horrible. She really don't accommodate anything but what's good for her. I got hired to work Pharmacy and I asked for a specific schedule and I even offered to work every weekend for them from the time they open to the time they close. She even has the nerve to fire me then call me 2 days later to rehire me. She is only concerned about her needs but not others. Poor management.

My boyfriend and I went in to get some basics-snacks, toiletries, wine and cigarettes. I was ID’d for the cigarettes and given them no issue. At the end, the cashier calls over someone else because he’s a minor and cannot touch the alcohol. No problem. The other guy comes over and asks for both my boyfriends and my ID. My boyfriend runs out to the car and brings out his old ID but they refused to sell me the wine because his ID isn’t current. For some reason, they didn’t stop me from purchasing cigarettes but they refused to give me the $5 bottle of wine because he came into the store with me. Guess he should’ve stayed in the car. Just a bit frustrated with the staffs lack of consistency.

This happened today (5/12 @ 6:00pm) It is very upsetting what’s happened in front of my eyes. My mother and I went to take the COVID vaccination. There was a gentleman in front of us with appointment for the vaccination. The pharmacy tech gave him the paper work with the COVID vaccination card without giving him the dose. He supposed to wait for them to call him and get him vaccinated. Instead the gentleman left without getting the dose and with the card prove that he took the vaccine. So when it was my turn, they told me there was one without appointment and the other where reserved for appointment. So I told them to give my mom the dose and I will register. When I register and show them my appointment they told me that they don’t have any more vaccine. When my mother try to explain what happened with the gentleman they completely ignore her concern. Again this is very upsetting.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the Asian pharmacist, always in a bad mood, always rude and unprofessional. I don't know what's up w her every time I go get my prescriptions inside which i have to cause i also get a few items, i have to be assisted w her. If she doesn't like her job let someone else that does assist customers! Not my fault if she hates it and is always in a BAD MOOD! I hope to not have to interact w her ever again or I'll change my pharmacy!

The pharmacy at this location is really slow and customer service is non-existent. I strongly recommend finding a different location to do business with. I just called about a prescription I have been filling at this location for a year to ask why my auto refill reminder call didn’t happen. The gal I was speaking to didn’t have time to listen to me and interrupted me on numerous occasions. She obviously does not enjoy her job. I would chalk it up to her having a bad day but have experienced the same attitude and level of service several times. I have had enough of the sub par service offered at this location and will be switching to a different location. Don’t waste your time here.

I have my mom drop off my prescription for me because I didn't have enough time myself. When I want to go pick up a few days later they said that it wasn't dropped off there and that they could've been sent to another Walgreens even though my mother drop it off her self. The man I was talking to was acting like I was crazy. Like sorry I didn't lose my perscription, you guys did. He looked through all the prescriptions on the day that I had mine dropped off. I just walked out. I'll just have my doctor send it to them or maybe a different one. They didn't even apologize. Overall, this was just a terrible experience at this Walgreens.
