This Publix is really big and convenient the staff are really friendly, nice, professional, and helpful. Specially at the sandwich section there were this lady (Angela) she’s so friendly and nice she did my sandwich with care and patient because she acknowledged that I was with a baby so she did extra care. In addition to in customer service this lady (Denise) she went above and beyond to help me in professional and kind manner; overall it was a great time there even though I spend a lot of time over there.

The employees are very nice but some of the manager stores talk to you like they don’t want to be there they don’t care they’re always missing something and in the meat department, they don’t have different sizes of meat cuts. Everything is thick and expensive.

For 18 years this was my Publix, I've been forced to move, but I will go here whenever I can. Always friendly and well stocked.

Do not come to this deli. They have been trained to move as slow as possible, now if not all ingredients need to be pulled from the back, and they say "thanks for your patience someone will be right with you" Just to ease the pain of their lack of urgency. I've been in line for 30 minutes. Each time something is requested for your sub it isn't ready and they give this look and say I gotta go to the back guilting you into saying no that's fine it's fine. Fire all these lazy employees or step up your training.

Very great customer service. Probably the best of all the Publix stores in Fort Lauderdale. Huge store, lots of items in the isles and in the dairy, produce, meat and poultry sections too. Always people available at customer service and always helpful. Never any attitude or rude to customers. Manager is very kind and greets everyone, he helps the employees by doing everything the store might need, I’ve seen the manager doing “go backs” plenty of times (shelving items back that people changed their mind at the register or whatever the case might be). The younger kids who stock items there are friendly too, they greet people and honestly tell you if they would buy something different if what you need is not available, instead of saying they don’t know. I’ve never seen anyone at this store discussing their own issues while at work. Which is a common issue at Publix on commercial and Dixie and also hard to miss the guys on their phone stocking produce on Oakland and federal. This area isn’t great, but the people are great and I come here any time I am close by because it’s worth the good mood you experience in your shopping trip versus not even being able to ask an employee for the location of something because you’re interrupting their personal phone call while they’re stacking apples (again, Oakland and federal Publix). 5 stars to this great team of employees at this location!!

I complained at customer service to let a manager know that the women's bathroom was absolutely filthy! Toilets backed up! Human Waste on Toilets and Toilet paper all over the floor. I guess because of covid businesses could care less. Make the money 💰 eh! If they want to use the bathroom that bad hold it until you reach home right 🤨 I guess shopping is no longer a pleasure with publix stores any more. I am noticing their bathrooms are getting worse and worse. What 😳 in the world is beginning to happen.

This place does discriminates. They check to make sure you aren't taking good outside from the deli if you didnt pay for it And look a certain way . Warning if you go in looking like you crawled out of bed or" less than" the managers follow you around and harass you. I've stopped at this location several times. The customer service cashier's picks and choices if they want to return my items. I was wearing sweat pants in white and with my baby. and I just had a return one day the manager who was a hatian man kept trying to be slick and follow me up and down the aisles. I've never stolen from them either. Nor has anyone else that I've ever gone with.

This store consists of premium costumer service. Costumer service representative Stephanie greeted me with a smile even while busy with another costumer. She thanked me for my patience and assured me she'd be right with me. While waiting I noticed her hard work to maintain consistency and communication with her fellow associates to take care of her costumers efficiently as possible. Kudos to this publix the team is great. If looking for smooth shopping and check out come in today and do it the publix way. A honored, satisfied, greatful costumer.
