As a long time customer, it was extremely disappointing that there were no real discounts available for existing customers. Basically I would have to pay full price for for a new phone and I haven't upgraded phones in 5 years. I am still using a Samsung Galaxy 8 plus. It seems that T-Mobile is only interested in obtaining new customers, but not taking care of existing customers. The staff was not much help at all after waiting 45 minutes in line. This will more than likely result in me changing carriers to get a new phone.

Friendly and caring people who really want to help you. The guy with the One Piece Anime tattoo (I think) on his arm was really nice and helped me with the sim card I bought from T-Mobile on 1700 W 23rd St was not working. He had no obligation to help me but promptly resolved my problem and made the day of 2 clients. For more friendly and thoughtful people who care about solving people's problems.

Was sold an internet hotspot and plan. The rep told me the device was 50% off of the $300 price and that they didn't have any of the promo/free devices in stock. I wanted to pay for the device outight but he insisted I just start a payment plan, so I didn't have a chance to see the actual price. You can't see what you are signing - got home and learned I was on the hook for the full $300 for the device instead of $150. Took the device back 2 days later and was charged a $40 restocking fee and told they couldn't cancel the service and I would need to call I'm for that.

We had to transfer multiple lines and connect two watches. This process was complicated but Carl helped us through it and made numerous phone calls to get us completely set up. He was patient, friendly and informative. The staff is great! They are always willing to help and get you the best deals T-mobile has to offer. Highly recommend this location for all your T-mobile needs!

My cell phone provider was Sprint, they were bought out by T-Mobile. Went in to get changed over and check out their 5g home internet. They got me changed over,saved me money on my phone account! I also got a great deal on home internet, (5g, wireless), and so far it works well! Good experience!

Christi was extremely rude and unhelpful. Went in to cancel my account after speaking on the phone with customer service. Seemed very unenthused that I was even coming in. She was on her phone the entire time. Even after calling the retail support line she put her airpods in and walked away. When I asked for an update she said “I don’t know I’m on hold” and continued scrolling on instagram. When the guy finally told her it was cancelled she didn’t even look up at me to tell me it was done. I asked “are you sure it’s cancelled” and she just said “yeah.” still on her phone. If you ever go to this store make sure it’s not her who’s going to help you.

I walked in there thinking it would be like most of my phone store experiences…frustrating and infuriating! But Quincy and Alex were incredible. Knew exactly what they were doing, very professional and focused on making sure they completed everything we needed. Cannot speak highly enough of their customer service skills!

Quincy and the rest of the staff at THIS T-Mobile store are wonderful! Even when they are crazy-busy, they take time to answer questions and help out. I live closer to another one of T-Mobile's Lawrence stores, but I will NEVER again go to any other location. These are the guys to trust.
