I really have to say I am contacting my bank. They don't ring stuff up correctly at all. Charge tax on the activation which is not correct. I went in on Wed to activate 2 phones. Got one of the phone activated PAID for service for both PLUS activation for both. Go in today was told I had to pay for activation AGAIN on the iPhone. They really don't want to help you and DONT listen. STAY clear of this store! Also contacting the BBB!

This place is ridiculous. We arrived 30 minutes before they close. After ignoring us for 5 minutes while sweeping up, she looks up to tell us she needs more than 25 minutes to setup an account. I'm like ok so do it we were here early enough and not coming back tomorrow. She gave me an attitude but then did it. A business runs on mostly customer service. If you're looking for a sale maybe don't be such a b*$ch to your customers.

Needed an upgrade and was given a phone that didn't work and I couldn't bring back the next day as promised. ($270) Ive been with Metro for over 10years and and this is the treatment? Very very upset
