The food area at lunch time always fails to keep up with customers. At 12:30pm there weren't soup containers, managers on deli and food area don't seem to do there jobs in a professional way.

The employees provided great customer service very friendly. There deli line never takes to long the bakery section is easy to work with. They almost always have what you need in stock.

I wish they would open more than 1 register, I am not a fan of self checkout. Associates are usually very nice. The deli definitely needs a hand, I guess I should just prepare myself to wait 20 minutes for a half of sub. Pharmacy is 5 stars.

Never enough cashier's, they want you to do self-checkout. Pay cashiers and baggers. They have made so much money since the pandemic. No break on groceries for us. Still having trouble getting pet foods.

Always a horrible experience what few times ive tried to shop. Slow deli beyond slow. Guest service desk always over whelmed and ignors you trying to buy lotto.

Publix was excellent. Cashier was very friendly to be young. You pay when you go to publix, yes you do but it's worth it

Prices are decent and I love all the buy one get one free deals. The cashiers are always super friendly and some even go above and beyond.

I've gotten many Publix subs,however not like today. Ida immediately welcomed and was eager to assist me right away. She was kind and knowledgeable and made me the best sub I've probably ever had.I've never seen any other person take such care when crafting my food than Ida and her commitment to quality and service shined through. My cashier and bagger were so fantastic that I made sure the assistant manager knew how well they were taking care of their customers! Cashier looked up a product that I was looking for and let me know it was no longer carried. (Anyone else ever get a craving for Wheat Nuts out of the blue?) The bagger was an EXPERT in sorting and bagging in the paper bags. Cold stuff together, strong wall of boxes for support, and each bag was a very manageable weight for me as an older woman. Excellent experience!!!
