Extremely long wait at the drive-thru with no other cars in front of me. “Broken” blender so couldn’t order a smoothie. Had to repeat my order at the window. Then found this sticker in my food half way through eating it. Do not recommend.

Arrive on Sunday morning shortly before 11 am anticipating having a nice brunch. Place was not busy but the young person behind counter told us to use self serve after he finished waiting on a customer. Less than a minute later, a couple came in and he immediately waited on them. During this time, we were dealing with a frozen screen and no order so I asked if he could take our order and he said he guess he could. His attitude while taking our order did not sit well with me so I told my husband and daughter we would be dining elsewhere. Applebee’s were happy to serve us. Will not be back 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This place is terrible, I wonder that people still eat here. I was staying in Canton homeless and broke, so I would stop by this place to get some drinks(Unlimited sip club), charge my phone and do some stuff online sometimes. It happened so, that, on my birthday, Panera had given me a free reward for my Birthday. It was a pastry, so I ordered and the employee ensured that she couldn't deliver it in an orderly manner because she was evil. She came running to me while I was heading towards to my seat, she did not even call out the name or anything but came up to me handing me the order. I already know that wherever I go(about anywhere), the devil makes sure I do not get what I expect. It was no different here because I had encountered numerous times of such situations here, where they would change things to make sure I do not get what I expect each time I came to this location. Every time, I eat disorderly food,-it disorganizes my whole program and my program is more important than the oneyime order/food. So I had to leave the Pastry with them and made it clear that I did not want it anymore. Then she called the manager but I did not ask to see one because I always try not to bother people since its not doing good even if I have a right sometimes. I just want to do good no matter what. He showed up wth the Pastry and I told him no. I just do not recommend this Panera location to anyone, please stay away and you will be better off.

Easiestly the NICEST panera I have ever been to. Plenty of seating inside and a beautiful patio outside. They have kiosks for quick ordering and a 2 sided refreshment station right in the beginning. Staff was friendly even though it was quite busy. If I had to say a negative thing, is that the areas heavily trafficked were a bit messy; however, I did catch the tail end of the breakfast rush. Coffee was stocked and orders were filled quickly so I really can't complain 😊 Parking: Parking lot it the back!

This is my favorite Panera in the Atlanta area for one simple reason- it has a very beautiful outdoor seating area replete with a fountain, lovely flowering trees and serene street views. It is my go to for a healthy inexpensive meal in a very relaxing, de-stressing setting. The food is good. Especially the tomato soup, the bowls, and I love the Fuji Apple Salad. In the fall, the Autumn Squash soup is a must! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options from soup, to salad and sandwiches. Parking: An abundance of parking.

This sandwich is mostly bread, which is the only thing you taste. The Bacon, egg n cheese is not my usual, due to the Souffles always being sold out. This location can no longer use short staffed as an excuse. Months ago I sent 3 ppl to apply there and only one was offered the job, which was a teen. So they pick and choose for sure. I know it gets busy, but when I went today I noticed a pile of dirty dishes at the trash. At that time, nobody was busy, the person at the counter was pacing back and forth. My sandwich was just warm👎. All this changed my decision to return again.

The food here is so fresh and delicious. I wish the chicken was warmed up that they use on some sandwiches but it's still good. Their sourdough bread so is good. There is a nice variety of selections to choose from so I can get something different just about every time. One of their breads has a bit too much salt baked into it for my own personal taste but that is obviously subjective to your taste buds. 😜 the soup is always served hot, and their fresh selection of drinks is very refreshing. I love going here.

I fully understand businesses are short of help due to the pandemic. A lot of customers are very impatient and what things immediately, so the staff feels rushed. This review has to do with carelessness not just overlooking but outright carelessness. I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt to go on Monday Jan 31 2022. When I arrive home with my meals for my family and I took a bite into the chipotle sandwich, I was surprised at the texture that I was biting into as you can see from the pictures below. I can only guess when they were preparing the sandwich that the cheese and turkey melted onto the wax paper and they decided just to add it to the sandwich. Thank God a young child or adult didn't choke on this. Hopefully the stores management has a coaching moment with their staff to understand the seriousness of this matter on what could have happened.

Terrible! I ordered a delivery order on the 23rd and the driver called me to let me know some items were not available. Fine. I ordered another delivery order today and realized they never credited me for those items. Called the store, the manager (Ann?) answered and I was trying to explain the situation from the 23rd, she didn’t respond- still heard background noise. I hung up and tried calling back but they never answered the phone. My order from today was delivered. There was barely any food in the bowl (less than 50%, see picture below). I tried calling the restaurant back and an employee answered. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she probably won’t be able to help because she’s taking online orders. Which leads me to believe the manager prepared my meal! Now I understand they may be busy, however they are consistent with bad customer service and quality. Very disappointed with this location.

Nice new place and customer service was nice. They didn’t enforce masks despite what the sign said so I guess it’s up to you if that’s good or bad. There was absolutely no plant based items except for smoothies and black coffee. I came here hoping for something more substantial and Ieft dissatisfied. When I asked about anything plant based I was offered eggs. Still the vibe here was decent and the smoothie was good.
