They took long enough to make sure my order was correct but how do you make avocado toast without toasting the bread? The whole situation is soft and soggy!! They didn’t toast my mothers sandwich either.

ARIAN the manager is very rude and not helpful . I have shopped at many Dunkin’s and have never had such an awful experience. She does not represent the brand well. She also advised me that when I came in with a coffee that was not made well- that there was nothing I could purchase to mix the coffee I had . AVOID THIS LOCATION

Stale and limited choices on donuts even at peak morning coffee times. Coffee way better than Starbust's though! What commercial chain isn't? Maybe blame this location on Covid fiasco.

I love this Dunkin’! They are often really busy and/or shortstaffed and/or dealing with shortages yet they always go above and beyond to make your order amazing and everyone is always sweet and kind and friendly!

Rude customer service. Can’t order inside waited 20 mins for an otg order-treat customers poorly when they forgot to order something. Was told can’t order something at the window. It was just a pup cup! Will never come to this dunkin again…

Found it surprising that there was only one coffee cake muffin on my sunday morning visit [7/31/22]. Cashier gave me attitude when I asked if there were more, which also was ah surprise. Not so customer friendly for me.

The Manager and most the staff are very rude and unprofessional. I have been to this location about 5 diffrent times and every single time they talk over you and mess up your order. I would be ashamed to have them work for me. The best thing Dunkin Donuts could do is fire most the people there and start over. I have wasted money because they can't do anything right! I absolutely will NEVER go back to this location ever again. I have never been so disrespected by someone one in customer service. 😤 🤬

Tried to order a cake, the staff saw us looking through the catalog and said to let us know when we decided, when we did they informed us we could only order online. We asked how long they would need, they said 24 hours. We went home, tried to order where the selection was slashed To bare bones, the web site then informed us it need 48 hours. Still we order…. Then we get a call from them and they say they can’t make it because they need 72 hours and they won’t write on it because they aren't cake decorators. So because they waited 45 hours to inform us they hadn’t made it and won’t make it we’re going to dairy Queen to try to salvage our daughters 6th birthday. I guess management wants this location to go out of business

Stopped for a coffee. Only car there. No one answers drive thru speaker. Pull to window after 5 mins- “Sorry, You can’t order at the window. Zero customer service skills.

Good mobile app, too. I learned that even if you order on the mobile app you have to stop at the speaker before going to the drive thru window to pick up your order.
