Not impressed with the way this store is run. Located in an area where most people have more than 2 kids and while I was helping my daughter find shoes, my boys were harmlessly entertaining themselves on an isle where there were no customers. They were not being loud or running around. One of the employees came up to my 12 year old son- not me- and told him “there is no PLAYING in the store.” Mind you half the store is kids shoes. What do they expect from kids? To sit still and stare at a screen while there? Needless to say we put down the shoes we were about to buy and walked over to Off Broadway Shoes where I had 2 employees ask if we needed help within 5 minutes of being in the store. I’ll take my service to Off Broadway Shoes from now on!

Bought shoes for my neice for Christmas. They would not return them wanted to give me store credit. I just decided to eat the cost on the shoes and give them away to needy. Will never shop here again

Would have given a zero if I could. I have bought most of my shoes my entire life from this store and will never again. I purchased shoes that I wore two days and they tore my feet up. The lady refused to take them back and then totally ignored me when I was talking like I didn't exist. Absolutely rude people who do not deserve my business or any others from now on.

Well it's my go-to place when I can't find any but thing in a way of vans I should have started there originally picked up a nice pair of slip-on pros cheaper than the outlet mall. FYI the manager of the store told me that rack room shoes has bought out Broadway shoes so he said that the styles and availability will be increased greatly because of the buying power now that they've acquired all of those new locations

Store hours say 12-6 Easter Sunday and drive to store and sign on door says closed for Easter somebody needs to get there stuff straight and stop false advertising hours when they are closed and open this was a waste of my time I will take my business else where

I had a fantastic customer service experience at this shoe store on Sunday, May 24th. The sales woman who checked me out was completely professional and went out of her way to help us. I will definitely return.

Very friendly and helpful associates. They have a members discount. if you dont have one can sign up. It gives you so much off after so many purchases. Also have promotions at times for buying one pair get another 50% off.

Went last night and saw a few pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase and wanted to see if they had one in a similar size for my kid and the old lady sales clerk looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked to the back. I assumed they we about to close since she was so rude but they didn't close for another hour. There were other customers in the store as well and the sales clerks went to hide smh. Poor management and lazy customer service.

Ordered shoes to be shipped it’s been 9 days still hasn’t been received. I was told FedEx had my package and they hadn’t received it Rack room only created a label, but never sent out my shoes that I was charged for!!!!
