Great service! Young man used the gadget that tells me what is wrong with my truck. He was honest and said we have to go look this one up. It's not a definite read. He looked it up and printed it out for me so I could take it to my mechanic. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

Absolutely the slowest place ever my goodness. They are always understaff. If they are helping install a battery just be prepared to wait 30minutes. There also is no sense of urgency.

The staff especially one young man whose name is Cameron is very friendly . What a refreshing change from what has become the norm nowadays. This young man went above and beyond his duties and gave me hope in mankind again. THERE IS STILL KINDNESS IN THE WORLD.

This particular auto store was actually patient with me, being that I have no knowledge of car parts! They went over and beyond to help me and I think that's the most important when dealing with fixing a automobile! And with they're knowledge I was allowed to make one trip to the store and actually get what I needed, when I normally have to go back to the store over and over do to the wrong part, because the employees don't know enough.... It wasn't the low prices being the reason for me switching from auto zone to O' Reilly but more so the customer service and knowledge of the employees! Auto Zone was my spot, but not anymore!

They really tried to help me with my battery unfortunately I had some other issues with it and they didn't have the tools to get the battery out. But they did try and they gave me a jump so I can get it to a shop. They were very very helpful
