Great pizza but the guy working there has bear claw sharp long nails and that should not be allowed in a food work place. Lost my appetite a bit after see that. Pretty gross.

The workers don't have no food safety training at all. No hair nets no glove and talking on your cell phone at the pizza table should be BANNED if your not gonna wash your hand before you go back to making pizzas. Management need to do their job better .

Took 1 hour fifteen minutes to get a cold old nasty pizza, have ordered twice from here and both times it was a bad experience, this place is terrible. Order from somewhere else, save yourself the disappointment. Delivery man was pleasant, everything else sucked

Two hour delivery wait, so I called right away to change it to carry out and the lady said it was fine and In the background was full of laughter. Then 20 mins goes by and we go get it and the people in there were rude but what stood out was when my fiancé asked for their names so he could speak to the manager and they wouldn’t tell him and responded “I don’t have a name” ( no name tags ) and everyone in the back was playing around just to find out the delivery guy was at the house so we had to rush back to the house. Overall HORRIBLE experience n the food wasn’t the best nor cut.

Papa John's is my favorite local pizza, but this location is terrible. Aside from the customer service being immature, we waited 2 hours before cancelling our order. The manager called back and apologized, but it was unforgivable at that point.

My boyfriend and I normally order from this location and usually it’s great (why I gave 2 starts instead of 1). Last night it was awful. We ordered a large pizza and bread sticks with lots of extra sauces. We always order extra sauces and normally they either pack those sauces in an additional small box or in a bag. Last night they put it on top of the pizza. How gross - I was disgusted to say the least. The image below is how we received our pizza.

Ordered 4 of those plus shaq a roni no marinara sauce, and cheese sticks with no sauce it’s so hard I guess to find good help. Now I got to go to Publix for something I already paid for SMH . Called put me on hold and hung up.

2 hours for delivery. Kinda took the convenience out of takeout. Pizza got the star although it was less than room temperature. Pizza made to order. Driver was apologetic for delay. We'll go out next time for the cost we could have had really great pizza.
