On Sunday 11/14/2021I dropped my Audi A6 off due to a check engine light issue for Inspection. I received a call from the store later that day with a report on the issue with my vehicle they told me they would be able to fix my car good as new. For $1,864 I Asked can they fix the car without any issues Or would it be better if I got my car towed to Audi they promised me they could. When I came to pick up my car the price was $2,000 I told the store manager about the price I was given which he fixed. He handed me my keys to my car. Upon Walking to my car one side of the hood was up the other was slammed down as I started my car the check engine light was still on and my throttle light was on when the car only went in with the check engine light on. He then kept the car longer to resolve the issues. I was then called to pick up my vehicle for a 3 time. On my way to work that night my check engine coolant came on and my car overheated they broke my coolant line. Then decided instead of letting me know and correcting the problem they duck tapped my coolant line on. I missed my family trip for Thanksgiving to the mountains thousands of dollars down the drain. I could have been killed if my car didn't sense the issue If I had left that morning. This business only takes your money and break more then they fix if I could give zero stars I would. If you care about your vehicle and staying alive please take your business elsewhere.Update they still have not reached out or been any help. And do not respond other then there comment under your review.

One of the things it needed was the a/c serviced. I was informed they couldn’t do that because the guy the does that was off. Said ok can you do it Monday “no problem”. So Monday comes around I call to check, “trucks done but it’s blocked by another vehicle we will let you know when we can get your truck out of the shop. We’ll when I get the call around 5 to pick up the truck, the a/c was evaluated but not fixed. So the only reason it stayed in the shop over night didn’t even happen anyway. Basically paid $45 to be told what I already knew. A/c doesn’t work. Besides that I didn’t have any other problems or issues other than when I had my wife call midweek to make sure my appointment was still good. They talked to her like she didn’t have a clue what was going on. The typical girls don’t belong in the shop stuff.

Pep Boys was absolutely amazing!! We were from East Tennessee & needed a new tire- the manager and staff were so accommodating - professional and KIND!! We arrived right before closing & if we lived there this would be our go to place for our vehicles!! Thank you- Thank you!!!❤

Had an appointment for 9am to get my car looked at because the technician dont come in until 9am and sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs with no updates. Why have a set appointment and your car haven't moved in 2 hrs. No apologies, nothing. Won't go here ever again!!!

Paid $174 for a oil change and cabin filter I did not need. Very disappointed and feel like I was majorly taken advantage of. When I recently visited Pep Boys for a flat tire, I had a good experience getting my tire replaced so I scheduled another appointment for their "Manager's Special" a few days later. Big mistake. This was supposed to include a tire rotation and synthetic oil change for $99. They recommended changing the air filters and we agreed because we couldn't recall when this had even been done on my 2.5 year old car. After looking at some paperwork, we realized this was done 3 months ago at the dealership and should not be necessary at all. When we asked, they of course couldn't show us the old filter and charged us the extra. Additionally, at pick-up we noticed that the tire that was recently replaced was in the same position, so they never even rotated the tires. Their excuse was that "they forgot" but there was no discount because that service was "included". All of this to say, I would be hesitant to trust this place with my car again. We will not be back or recommend to anyone else. Based on the dishonesty with this experience, I am now questioning my earlier tire purchase and if I actually needed the tire replaced in the first place or if it could have just been patched.

Came to get a oil change and alignment. Oil change went quickly and includes a tire rotation, which is great. Although the alignment took a long time, I'm greatful for the extra effort it took to make sure it was right. I can feel the difference in the steering which is what I paid for. Will continue to use their services.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was not yesterday but the Sunday before. Besides it taking 2 and a half hours to get my oil changed when I had an appointment. They also didn’t change the meter in my car to tell me how many miles til my next change and no sticker! Oh and I have after market rims, THEY STOLE MY WHEEL LOCK KEY. BEWARE, they are slow, incompetent THEIFS. I will never be back here. Can’t wait for that new auto shop to open up next to Wendy’s across from Publix in Dacula!
