Clint is amazing. He has went above and beyond multiple times for my family and I. He’s went back and forth between doctors and insurance when I was having an issue getting something covered and one Sunday he spoke with my vet multiple times to make sure my dog got the people version of his heart medication when our mail in prescription was running behind. In the day of automated phone systems it’s so nice to be able to speak with someone who genuinely wants to help you.

Clint and Youn have been absolutely AMAZING to deal with! Clint and Youn are patient, friendly and very very kind! This makes a *big* difference when you have a condition that has disabled you and you have to be on medication (that you don't want to be on) for the rest of your life. I am already battling a body that is failing me, I shouldn't have to battle a pharmacy to make sure they ordered my medicine every month. We went to Rite Aid for 15+ years and they closed. They knew our family and everything was well organized. Walgreens Buford took over the business from Rite Aid when they closed and Walgreen's Buford was a *nightmare* to deal with. I cannot express in words how *RUDE* they were to us. I have been on the same medication for 6+ years and EVERY month it was like pulling teeth to make sure they ordered it. MANY times I would make sure they ordered it, go to pick it up and they would tell my husband they filled it for someone else?!? If I special ordered it - why did you give it to someone else? Would drop off scripts and wait time was 3+ hours - for prepackaged script! They did not have to count out pills! My son's medicine is controlled (ADHD medicine) and wouldn't let me drop paperwork off day/days prior - HAD to drop off same day and then had to wait 3+ hours to be filled. We dealt with this for almost a year and finally had ENOUGH! If I don't take my medication as directed - it is fatal. Telling me you forgot to order it or giving it to someone else when I special ordered it was unacceptable and I could have dire consequences. They did not care. We always heard great things about Publix Pharmacy. Switched EVERYTHING to Publix and they have been WONDERFUL from the very first phone call!!!!!! They have gone above and beyond calling another Publix Pharmacy if my son's medicine didn't come in. They have never made us wait very long. NONE of the problems with Walgreens exist with Publix! Clint and Youn are a "Pleasure" to do business with. I grew up in Florida and we shop at Publix EXCLUSIVELY for groceries - Kroger is 1/2 the distance and we pass by it every time to go to Publix instead. WHY did it take me so long to use them for our Pharmacy needs as well? Due to Clint and Youn we are now life-long Publix Pharmacy customers. THANK YOU for making my very difficult medical condition - a little easier to deal with.

Clint isn’t here today. Pharmacist lost my prescription and although they have it in the system they refuse to fill it. Leaving tonight for a trip and told them earlier I had to have it and they did not tell me they wouldn’t fill until I show up to pick it up. Doctor office is closed had I been told I could have gone to doctor first and picked up new prescription now I am just screwed. Pulling all my business out of here. And sorry I won’t be shopping here either I shop where my meds are. Sorry Clint you have been great. Whole situation not handled well at all. Pharmacist name is Victoria.

I work here and I absolutely love it! Everything from the experience to the smiling customers makes me excited to work here. Very nice assosiates and mostly nice customers. Here at Publix, we place customers first and to me, I place others first and that's a big reason why I work here as well. I love taking out carts and conversing with customers and while management frequently changes, they are always good quality people that help both assosiates and customers not only meet their needs, but leave smiling. Hours are very flexible and it's a pleasure shopping here! Lots of coupons out there too, and we deliver as well.
