Arrived,at the west palm(441) store,andcwas greeted by a wonderful gentleman, who happens to be the general manager,of several Mattress Firm stores. Having researched what I was interested in, I knew what I wanted. Lance, the aforementioned manager greeted me, and our odyssey began.He did not try to change my mind, but encouraged me to try several mattresses, and ultimately,I selected the one which I had come in,for. He enlightened me, as to the advantages of the adjustable frame, which I decided on purchasing. Our 1 1/2 meeting was totally professional, friendly, informative, and rewarding. I will be the new owner of the mattress " of my dreams", and the adustable frame. Many thanks,and compliments,to Lance! His knowledge and experience is exactly why I am glad to have chosen, before any others, MATTRESS FIRM.

What an easy amazing experience. Purchasing 3 mattresses is as tough as it gets. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. This entire task could have taken several trips and loss of hair and patients. However fear not, with the help of Randy, we got it done in a mater of a half hour and at a great price! Everyone was happy! Ill be recommending this store to all.

I was greeted upon entering the store, Raymond was finishing up with a couple and Lance was showing another family around. Lance was great at directing me to try out various firmness and engaged well with both the family and myself. I did find what I was looking for and didn’t feel pressured into buying something more expensive. Wife and I went to Mattress Firm off 441 in Royal Palm today. Our salesman Ray was very courteous and helpful in our selection process. He had us try a variety of mattresses and gave us a thorough understanding of each mattress and how they would fit our needs. I liked that we were able to see and feel from a variety of manufacturers which enabled us to make the best choice .

Excellent service, clean location, very patient, professional, they take the time to show you your best option. You have many options to pay too...until here is 5 stars. 2 ⭐️ The only thing I don't agree with is the return policy with a mattress of 2000 ($1999) you deduct 500 I think it's too much! You pay what the mattress costs to the company they will never lose.
