Haven't gotten my delivery yet so can't comment on that, but my experience buying a mattress in your store was excellent. Randy Excellent truly lives up to his last name, he is an excellent salesperson. Showed me mattresses with different firmness and made sure I'm getting one that is right for me. No high pressure sales, just excellent service.

Everyone knows that there are all kinds of places to purchase a mattress. I'm no exception. I was looking for a mattress for my guest room. I'm expecting family on Wednesday but I had a budget. I needed a good quality mattress for a reasonable price. Mattress Firm was able to make that happen. I walked in the door and was greeted by Mitch with a smile and "How can we help you?" I told him what I needed and he found me a some options within my price point. Mitch provided the kind of customer service that is lacking in so many places today; professionalism, knowledge of the product, and a genuine interest in making me, as a customer, happy. Kudos, Mattress Firm, and thanks again, Mitch for making finding a mattress at a good price so easy! I'm looking forward to receiving my mattress this weekend.

Mitch is a class Mattress master !! He was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable on his industry and not the typical pushy salesman you would expect ! He told us all our options, told us the benefits of all the bells and whistles but he did not push us into them when we decided what we wanted. I would recommend going to him and letting him find the prefect mattress for you !!

Mitch was the sleep expert who assisted us in our search for a new sleep haven. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and cheerful. He was thorough and knows the product very well. He made it all about customers’ satisfaction as well providing us all the information to ensure that we make the right choice. He gave us ample time to think through before making the purchase, we never felt rushed at all. We shopped around but ended up going back to his store. He was very upfront with pricing, discounts and financing and never about the profits. He provided us with a superb customer service. He exceeded our expectations on how a sales agent should be.
