What an easy amazing experience. Purchasing 3 mattresses is as tough as it gets. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. This entire task could have taken several trips and loss of hair and patients. However fear not, with the help of Randy, we got it done in a mater of a half hour and at a great price! Everyone knows that there are all kinds of places to purchase a mattress. I'm no exception. I was looking for a mattress for my guest room. I'm expecting family on Wednesday but I had a budget. I needed a good quality mattress for a reasonable price. Mattress Firm was able to make that happen. I walked in the door and was greeted by Mitch with a smile and "How can we help you?" I told him what I needed and he found me a some options within my price point. Mitch provided the kind of customer service that is lacking in so many places today; professionalism, knowledge of the product, and a genuine interest in making me, as a customer, happy.
