Lobby was filthy. Not just from a lunch rush either, but from sheer neglect. I tried to tell myself they’re just understaffed.. but it more so looks like months of not being cleaned. Food tasted old and workers were unpleasant, except the younger guy that handed me my food with a smile.

Sunday, October 30th, 8:50pm. Currently sitting in the drive-thru for going on 5mins (and counting). Honked my horn several times, no response, no movement. Sign says they are open until midnight (drive-thru) yet it's as if they are closed. No response at the ordering speaker was the first red flag but I pressed on. Wanted a bacon king. That's definitely not happening. Customer service here is very bad. From employees blocking the entrance while they smoke to a lack of service in general. Do better Ellenwood Village.

Rude. I said I don’t know how you stay in business and was told the difference between a franchise and corporate while pointing at McDonalds. Person was closing at 8:00pm cleaning saying it’s only two of them in there. I left without ordering

Obviously The King of Burgers don’t care about our complaints!!! This place is horrible!!! The only action to take that will get attention is to stop eating here!!! If you don’t believe the reviews try your luck smh.

Don’t go there. I’ve tried several times and it’s not even worth it. Don’t waste your time or your money. If I could give it zero, I would. This BK should be shut down. I get to the window and sit there for like 3 minutes and proceed to say hello. Nobody says anything back to me. I pull around to the window and ask the girl are they open and she says yes. I ask her can I order at the window and she says no, i have to order at the box. I told her I sat there and even said hello, and nobody answered. I further told her I don’t think the box is working. This girl tells me “I have this thing about ignoring people who say hello in the box.” Girl! This is your job! SHUT IT DOWN!

I've been here twice in the last two days and they appear to be understaffed. Yesterday I was waiting inthe drive thru for over 5 minutes before someone responded and took my order. Today they wouldn't let me order and said theyre only taking orders inside. Both days they were rude and messed up my order. The dining area also wasn't stocked with lids or straws.

First the place is dirty, dirty. Nasty water on the floor. Where the container is for the fries needs to be scrubbed. The fries holder is crowded with splashes of old grease,salt and dirt. The workers are rude and in need of a clean make over. I don’t recommend this place. Furthermore whoever is the the owner should be ashamed and shut the place down and give it a deep clean.

This location is absolutely disgusting. The health department needs to shut it down. Inside is absolutely filthy. I went inside to order and the employees were handling and making orders with no gloves on. Hair nets and the language is just as bad. I was in line watched an employee pick trash up off floor pull trash bag and then proceed to make orders. The whole time no gloves on and did not wash hands. Unless you want to get sick I advise staying away.

I just went to Burger King I decided to try the toasted cheesy sausage sandwich. The young lady taking our order was impatient and kept asking if that was all. At the window I added another sandwich the young lady taking the order said she didn’t feel like making another sandwich and we couldn’t add the sandwich I forgot because she was rushing me. The new sandwich was a piece of white round bread not toasted. They made us move from the window because it was messing with their time. The young lady taking my order came to the car shoved the bag and me when I told her I wanted to check my order she told me it’s in the bag if not drive around. SMH. Such bad customer service it no wonder McDonald’s across the street has your business. The rude young lady was thin African American with Black and blond locks.

Horrible, rude and my food was wrong sloppy and a piece of hair was on my lettuce! I've tried to give this location chance after chance but every time I do they fail, every-single- time. When you pull up to the speaker to place your order your greetings should be welcoming...not here, you get a rude "how can I help you" and rushing to finish your order only to get ot wrong in the end. I ordered something simple...whopper WITH cheese no onions and a Sprite. I got this...she even repeated it before I pulled up to pay and still entered it in wrong. The hair was small like a eye lash... I was so tempted to go back and demand my money back but I was on my lunch break which isnt long at all and had to return to work. This was the last straw, this location will never get my money again.
