Richard and crew have always treated me well here. They are friendly and courteous. Today was an oil change which was handled quickly! The young man even made sure I knew my car only took synthetic oil and confirmed the price was ok.

They're very professional preforming their jobs. I can not remember his name, but he was dark skinned with a black bull piercing. He was very fluently spoke about the service I needed. Never had any issues with my car. Went in to get routine oil change. Once complete, I drove car for 20 min and it shut off due to car running hot!!! First, why is my car running hot when I just left you for an oil change which is supposed to include topping off fluids. Second, coolant is now leaking from my car and it wasnt doing that PRIOR to taking it to Grease Monkey. WILL NOT TAKE ANY OF MY CARS BK THERE AGAIN!! Service: Oil change

I had the best experience ever! This location is by far the best location! The staff is kind, friendly and upbeat, I felt like family rather than a customer. I was greeted upon arrival with a smile! The oil change bay area is extremely clean neat and organized and not cluttered like most shops. Even the floors are clean (yes I looked, don’t judge me lol). Oil change from Grease Monkey. Wait wasn't long for a Saturday morning. The mechanics were friendly. Mark did my oil change and he was kind. He also helped to assist me trying to navigate and find certain information about my car. As a female it definitely concerns me taking my car to mechanics but I felt a bit at ease here with these guys. Thanks Grease Monkey!!

Staff was very polite and knowledgeable, they told me what they were doing and asked me questions before doing the work. And they work together well, I watched and listened as they told each what has been done at what bay and the other would acknowledge what he heard. Good job guys!!

Grease Monkey was EXCELLENT. T was only $10 higher on a gas change than the local company charge. I received Great Polite Service I specify Gray Polite Service because Willet/South Honda on My Zion know nothing about That Polite Service. Back to Grease Monkey i my a employee who recently moved to the Atlanta area from Tennessee he was excellent great personality he's a keeper. I needed new lights one in back and one in front they only cost me change eY less than the Dealership. I was in and out in less than a hour. Paying only $10 more was more than worth it , my time is top priority. Thank You Grease Mpnkey

Grease Monkey on Panola Rd in Ellenwood Ga is the best place to get a RAM 3500 dually diesel engine serviced for oil/tires/headlights. No appointments needed. They took me right into the bay and checked my headlights and tire pressure before they even started my oil change. Then Casper (manager) comes out to work on my 2 fuel filters while another tech was draining the oil. They also put all of your car's information in the system and give you an estimate for your approval before they start the job. Casper was very informative and friendly, but wish I had the name of the other two techs as they also were diligent in getting the job done. I was there less than an hour and it cost me less than $150, although I did bring my own fuel filters and they don't carry synthetic oil for my Cummins engine. I'm used to paying $500 for the same services at another center and waiting several hours, so this is now going to be my #1 choice even though I have to drive 80 miles. They are worth it!!!! Thanks guys!
