This place is a rip off. I returned the truck on FULL and 2 days early. The rude employee calls the next day while I’m at work and leaves a message saying the truck was not on full. I filled that truck up at the gas station right around the corner from this location. They charged me $42.73. When I called the next day when I wasn’t at work to figure out how much gas she claims the truck had in it and she says it was right under the grey line from Full. Are you serious!!! That’s a lie and petty. I filled that truck up until the pump stopped. I guess since I returned it after hours she tried to get away with extra charges. First and last time doing business with budget.

Originally had a reservation to rent a truck through them, but ended up cancelling it. The customer service was excellent which is why I gave atleast 3 stars but my interaction with the guy at this actual location over the phone instantaneously made me change my mind. I definitely would not recommend them at all. Decided to go with their competitor. Realize, you get what you pay for along with the foolishness that comes with it.

We had a little trouble getting to this location because the GPS took us to the wrong spot, but Ms. Pat was great with her directions and got us there easily. Thank you for your great customer service and friendly demeanor!

When we moved up here and rented TWO trucks and TWO car trailers, we had to drop them off somewhere, and that somewhere was here! They were super friendly and helpful, and they made it easy to get things squared away! Thank you for the help! Will be back here again!

The dark skin lady with dreads was very rude, mean, unprofessional making up her own rules as she went along and being threatening torwards me( UNPROFESSIONAL)...also charged 50 for a 25 dollar cleaning fee while we offered to clean the truck ourselves...i dont understand...

I reserved a rental truck for today at 10 am. I arrived at this location to find that my truck was unavailable. The lady at the storefront was somewhat apologetic and offered to reroute me to a store 30 minutes away. I called customer service and they offered me a measly $1.00 discount. Needless to say, I am beyond frustrated with Budget for wasting my time and will be very hesitant to give them my business in the future.
