It has become a nightmare to actually have to go into the store but sometimes the app will not allow the things you need delivered to be delivered in the time you need them. The staff is pretty much non existent and the few who are there stand around talking about taking a break while they watch the long self check out lines with no thought of helping. Step it up Walmart, this is not acceptable.

Pretty crowded but I guess that's expected it's November. Couldn't find a few items we were looking for. In the last few years I've stopped going inside Walmart I mostly shop online and pick up. Today I decided to go inside. It just reminded me why I go pick up. 🤷🏾♀️

They had most of what I wanted, except the New York Style Rye bread, oh well. As I was looking at the potatoes, an older gentleman struck up a conversation about potatoes. We agreed they are a great staple. He had a little dog in a little doggy stroller. Very cute. I DO love dogs.

the man who was close to the entrance wanted to see my receipt when i was leaving and of course i showed it to him, and he started asking me where was the paper i bought, i showed him the paper package on the cart and he kept looking at the receipt and put his hand on the bag and uncovered the package of paper...he was acting like he was doing that at purpose.. and this kind of behavior needs to be reported. There was no reason for him to be acting like i was a thief and the receipt clearly showed the paper was listed there

Just like all their stores busy. Self check out is good for a few items, they need more registers open for people with a cart full, and there is always a register or two out of order in self check out. Update 6/26/22 I went to self check yesterday, had 10 items. When I got home 4 of the items rang up different prices. Total was $1.85 higher than the price posted. Don't sound like much, but add that to about 1200 or so customers. I'm going to start taking pics of prices posted & check my receipt.

I don't really care to go to this store sometimes... Guess it really depends on what day and time you go.. this evening, I only needed a couple things. One item I picked up had a different shelf price than what it rang up. So , considering self checkout was only lines open, I needed assistance taking the item off. The young man that approached me, never spoke a word to me. Sorry I interrupted your conversation that you was having with the other employee... After taking the item off, I thanked him, he snatched the item out of my hand and walked away.. tonight reminded of the reason I don't like going to this store. Most of the Employees are so rude...

I always go out of my way to go to this store.. made the mistake of going when it was really busy on a Sunday but still found associates that helped me find things and some sweet customers that also helped me.. I had quite a lot in my cart but I had to get cigarettes so I went to the cigarette aisle.. which I don't usually do.. because I know it frustrates people when all they need is smokes.. the cashier was amazing and I actually asked her how to pronounce her name and now I forgot.. I'm thinking she's been there while though because she was very quick, bagged things appropriately, and was so sweet.. didn't make me feel guilty for coming to that aisle .. I need to start writing down the names of the associates that are so great to give them a shout out... I'll do that next time

Be sure to check the prices of your items. In the last 3 weeks, the scanned price of a couple of items have been much higher than the shelf price (up to 40%). The prices were adjusted during checkout, but if you don't pay attention, you may get overcharged. Update: More incorrect prices. I bought 10 items and 2 of them were considerably higher than the shelf price. They asked for a picture (I didn't have one), but they still adjusted the price, which I appreciated. When I asked the helpful self-checkout attendant "Aren't you getting tired of having to do this?", she just nodded and walked away without saying a word. It's no wonder there are new faces in this store every couple of weeks.

They charge different prices at register than they put on shelf barcode.They have not changed barcode since Jan. On some of products that they have raised price several times.If you buy a cart full of groceries there is no way you will catch this pattern.l test it by buying a few items and catch them every time.
