Spaghetti and the veggie pizza was tasty and fresh. I am hoping to be back to have some more good food. Highly recommended!! Thank you

They had terrible customer service. Waited 20 Minutes for plates and silverware. Spaghetti was runny. Pizza was okay. I don't know how they previously got good reviews. The servers were very unorganized and confused. What has happened with customer service these days!

I got the meatball parmesan sub this time. Definitely better than the chicken parm on a plate. The meatballs were light and fluffy and the flavor was excellent. The service here is always good so always gives them that.

Good and you can get it by the slice. Genuinely locally owned and operated. Nothing to complain about at all. It's a walk up and Order type place but then there's also a table service after you set. That's a little confusing but nonetheless everything was good.

Freaking fantastic food. Delicious. It was my 1st time here. I felt like family to be honest. Great environment. Will be back

Biggest, most delicious calzone I’ve ever seen. The sausage is extra good.

My family and I love it here. This is a friendly environment, servers are kind and the owner is a great person, my dad had a great time talking with his paesano. The food tastes incredible, I really enjoy the pizza here. I can say that the pasta and the sauce tastes like my nonna’s. The prices are good. This is a place worth of trying. Greetings from Giuseppe Carbotti and family.

I had fried ravioli on the brain & I'm so glad we found these guys! Customer service was amazing! It's been years since I've had it and I needed a refresher. This was accomplished here! The ravioli was perfect! The pasta was tender under the delicately fried crust. The ricotta cheese was well seasoned and so tasty. The marinara sauce was the best I've had in years! Omg! It's a bit of a ride but I can't wait to visit again! Keep up the good work! #ashsaidit

The food tates like classic Italian and I really like that they bring bread and maranara to each table. They have pitchers of adult beverages which is convenient but... For larger families it is a bit pricey. It would be nice if there were some specials for larger groups. Overall I would recommend this location for authentic Italian food.

This was some of the best Italian food I've had in a while. As a New York Italian, I can verify: the sauce was done right. As an appetizer, we got garlic knots. They were a little dry (as if they were cooked in the morning then reheated once in a while). They were certainly knot fresh. The chicken parm was very good (a perfect thinness for the cutlet). I'd agree with a lot of other reviewers, though, that the Mozzarella wasn't the best. That is one of the most important parts. Overall, though, I have had worse actually in Italy. The side spaghetti was very lackluster, though. Napolis fell into the same downfall many other restaurants do with a very cheap pasta. The entire restaurant was very awkward to enter. It is some of the best Italian in the area. They could VERY easily rebrand as "Nepolis" and create a dine-in experience. I'd recommend they convert to a hybrid platform with a full dine-in experience AND pick-up on the side. All it would take is move a few tables over, add some mood lighting, and pay some waitstaff.
