I ordered 2 cajun chicken biscuits and 2 bo berry biscuits. I got all the way to work to realize they never gave me the 2 bo berry biscuits. I tried to call once I noticed and I never got an answer. I am disappointed, I paid almost $14 for 2 chicken biscuits and a soda.

Only bojangles like this. Every time I go they forget something from my order. I went last Saturday and there were cars in the parking lot but when I went to order at the drive through line no one would speak or say anything I waited their for five minutes with not one word being said to me!!! You need to fix your STAFF NOW! I’m now adding onto this I tried one more time and they told me they were out of chicken tenders, Cajun chicken, and then said they don’t got any tea. Then told me the four drinks they have I tell them Dr Pepper and then get a coke.

I. Love their Cajun filet biscuit and their tater rounds. But the service at this location sucks. A few times I've come by for breakfast during breakfast hours and they'd be closed. Most of the staff is rude. Unfortunately for me if I want a Cajun filet biscuit, it's the only location closest to me

I waited for 15 minutes when there was no line in front of me, and it was 2 hours before closing time. The lady at the window had a horrible attitude when she was ringing me up. Awful wait, took forever to take my order. Would not recommend as “fast” food.

Alright guys go they drive thru and ordered 1 bacon egg cheese, 1 bacon they ring me up for 1 Cajun biscuit and 1 drink? Then my bacon was not raw but also not fully cooked still to soggy to serve

Super rude staff. Sometimes they’re open for dine in and the same day different week they close the dine in just because. I own a business around the corner from them and every time I’ve used their drive through the staff gets very rude, it almost sounds like these people working there hate their job and they make sure to let you now it every time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Can I give ZERO stars? After taking a few minutes to answer the drive thru mic, the young woman was laughing her way through asking what I wanted to order. When I ordered a Mac and cheese kids meal, she said “is that all” without asking what my side and drink choices were. When I asked for fries as my side, she asked me “if I had been to a bojangles before and ordered a kids Mac and cheese? And did I know they even had that?” When I said “it’s on the menu out here” she said “does it say a number, NO” in a very rude and condescending voice. At that point I pulled away from the restaurant, and I will not be returning. I hope the ownership sees this because they need to take a hard look at their employees and managers and change some things.

Not good this time. First they were out of biscuits at 6pm. The young Lady taking the order had a bad attitude ‘we are out of biscuits’ no apology, please, or thank you and avoided eye contact. Asked for plain chicken sandwiches instead and reminded them at the window to make them plain but they had mayonnaise when we checked them. Had to give them back and then she seemed very annoyed with us…… no customer service skills whatsoever. Update since then I’ve been back a couple times and everything was on point. I’ve upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

This place is awful… they walk around like they have attitudes, moving all slow and stuff! I will never EVER come back here. The girl fix the bun on my sandwich after she had her hand all in her pocket. Just nasty! Today is 6/13/22 @7:58pm

Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and it was basically just gravy with large chunks of sausage in it. Inedible. 0 napkins were given to me as well. I guess they use pork in majority of their sides. Menu doesn’t state rice,mashed potatoes and gravy come with pork.I would stay away from Bojangles if you don’t eat pork and this location in general.
