Would absolutely recommend this store to any of my military folks. I was in a pinch, needing a blue, female ASU coat ASAP for the next day and I called ahead asking if they sold a specific size. They knew the answer right off the bat of what was in their inventory. I made my way there and when I arrived, they had already pulled multiple jackets out specifically for me to try on. The amazing, kind woman just knew exactly what size I needed, got me checked out, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! The coat was in very good condition as well, basically ready to wear. Please, please, please go here for any of your uniform or otherwise military needs!

I was (ETS)ing from Stewart and was missing some items that I needed to turn in to CIF. Before making the 80 mile drive, I wanted to make sure they had the items. The phone call was very pleasant, they knew the items I needed and confirmed that they carried them. I told them I would come that day (July 11th) to pick them up. When I arrived they remember the conversation and immediately began pulling the items I needed. They are very knowledgeable about the CIF processes, and strive to insure the items will meet CIF standards. The store is small but it is well stocked and organized. I was looking at a statement of charges of 380.00, and I spent 216.00 at CSM. I would also like to add, that they told me if any of the items I bought were rejected by CIF, I could come back with those items and receipt and they would refund me on those items. That impressed me and something you don't really see in most surplus stores. I was also told that any gear I had left over, they would be interested in buying. I was not told what they would pay and as of this time I have not brought over my excess gear. But they did tell me had I brought it with me at the time I was looking for the items I needed, they would have excepted those items for trade or given me store credit. For any Reservist, NG, or active duty soldier needing to replace those missing items on your clothing record, I highly recommend you check this place out.

Great customer service, large variety of gear ranging from the U.S. to Germany, they even have some quality gillie suits. Amazing prices on top of it all! Highly recommended this place to anyone looking for any military/tactical gear!

Couldn’t be more satisfied with experience, went with my two annoying kids , and they both loved it , acting like soldiers and loving the cool material this place have . The lady was the most sweetest and helpful you could possibly ask for . And we even got free Velcro USA Flags , come on what more can you ask for . Good place would definitely go back , no questions ask whenever am in Augusta ,GA .
