Great customer service and kind people. I took my dad to get a new starter for his 2001 Honda Accord and there were two nice ladies and two gentleman there that were so helpful. One of the gents tested the starter and helped me make the best decision, we determined that the car needed a new starter so he helped us get a replacement. Thank you to everyone that was working there tonight, I appreciate you all very much.

Amazing customer service. I went in yesterday feeling defeated. Jason assisted me and went above and beyond to help me. I bought my daughter an electric Vespa and the batteries were dead. I called all around town to find the batteries and when I bought them they came with no wires. I was redirected to autozone and Jason literally saved the day. I can’t thank him enough. Ty went ABOVE and Beyond to assist me locate the correct brake lights. She made sure that we had the correct bulbs by checking out my car. Oh and it was freezing cold!! But, she got it with help from Deedra. Thank you ladies!!!!

They had what I needed but the service manager I worked with was a bit reserved. Plus, after I made my purchase of over $200 he neglected to ask me about becoming an autozone card member where I would had automatic credit for my purchase. It wasn't until my daughter made a purchase for wiper fluid that another kind young lady told her about it and I explained the manager that I purchased the battery from didn't give me that offer. She politely apologized and said there was nothing she could do about it to get me that credit but she did sign me up. And there was only one customer in the store that came after me, so there was no crowd. Other than the above they have some great prices.

I needed a new battery last week, went by the Hiram location and the manager came out in the hot sun and installed it for me! He was so very nice and so were all the staff I met. Thank you so much for an "old lady from Hiram"!!

Dumb counter person refused to clear a check engine light for me and lied and said AutoZone doesn't do that. I went to the Dallas Hwy AutoZone and they happily cleared my CEL in 2 minutes using their OBD scan tool. This AutoZone location on Hwy 278 is horrible. I'll be reporting this to corporate in Memphis.

Really disappointed in my experience here. I'm not to familiar with parts and cars. The guy named Jason was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. He was not helpful at all! Stick with ORileys they are a lot helpful and better.
