Very clean. Friendly staff. Needs a few more actual cashiers, since Scan and Go lanes can't handle some situations.

I just watched a 7 year old kid pumping gas at pump #9 at 3:12pm on Sept 27 2020. Authorities should watch the camera. No pump attendant.

Just made a new TV purchase and we are very satisfied. Had a membership before and let it expire. The on line process to sign up for a renewed membership is a pain. The site will not accept my email address because it is connected to the previous account. The store staff were no help in resolving the problem. The shopping experience is fine, the online experience, not so much.

Not enough handicap carts. The ones they have are broken down and stop while shopping. Costco spent the money and have plentiful handicap carts. Sams in Hiram needs to upgrade and add some carts. Plus Sam's is trying to look like Costco. Not handicap friendly.

I always look for deals on memberships! Today I was able to purchase a membership for only $8. My family loves being able to access special deals and bulk items! We also love making weekend trips for pizza from the snack bar.

Don't even bother using curbside pickup. I ordered a TV yesterday and paid for it. I selected a pickup time for today, 11am-12pm. It is now 1:50pm and I'm standing in the worlds slowest customer service line to find out where my TV is. So much for quick and easy...

We were in search of Ginger Beer (photo to show what we were looking for) and was told that Sam's Club had it so we decided to make the trip .. the store did not have it but we did find a strawberry Moscato .. the store was very busy and all of the checkout lines were 5-6 families deep so we took advantage of checking out on the app and skipping the lines .. the entire process was very efficient and made a disappointing trip a little better

I don't shop at Sam's Club often but this year I purchased my cheese advent calendar for under $15. It was a great purchase! I also use their gas station because they have the cheapest price per gallon in my town.

We got a $45 gift card when we joined online. We received it by email a few days after joining (which cost $45). We went today and bought Halloween candy. It was awesome! We also bought produce - really great prices. Very happy!
