The man working the counter needs to find him another line of Work he was the rudest person and not very helpful it was like he did not want to sell me any parts or either he just did not know his job . I And that is my 2nd bad exprience in less than a month . Rude and over priced cheap parts I would not recommend this place to anyone. Make the extra mile and go down the road to Napa or Advanced Auto. This place is very unfriendly and unprofessional. And once the public starts to complain about the slow service the owner bust out with attitude . Why don't he just be truthful off the rip and tell everyone that he slow and can't keep help because him and whoever is running that place with him can't keep no help because he is rude and very hard to work for. That's why it take three or four weeks to get a muffler welded on and he charges four time what the jobs worth. He should do the public a favor and go outta business

Shannon, the owner is very knowledge is auto care and maintenance. Honest and fair are qualities you do not see much anymore. I would only take my vehicles to Bumper to Bumper for any thing maintenance to include oil changes and brakes. Thank you.

My go to for car repairs that I can't DIY. they are good about calling first before adding unforseen fixes. Always have me up and running the roads again in a timely manner. When I drive away i feel safe and secure in my auto-mobile. 🤗🙃🤗

BEWARE under new ownership! Shannon and his wife charged $100 to put Freon in vehicle and took it right back out, they wanted to charge 125! It’s ridiculous! I’m furious and there’s nothing I can do, but I’ll never go back. Normally $5 is what I’ve paid for Freon. So ask up front what the price will be or else they’ll charge you whatever.

We were traveling out of town with our toddlers when the a/c went out. It’s was over 80 degrees outside and we weren’t sure what to do. The mechanics were super friendly, got us in right away. And fixed the issue in about 10 minutes and their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend and am grateful they were able to help us!

We were traveling home from Alabama to South Carolina when we were having car issues. Fortunately a very kind man named Richard saw we were in distress and pointed us to these fantastic folks. They were able to get us back on the road quickly and made it home without further issue. Thanks so much for your assistance!
