Outstanding service department! Awesome/ friendly staff. Ive had a few repairs done to my vehicles over the years, and have referred other friends and family to them. This team goes above and beyond to ensure all customers are satisfied with repairs!!

They were very very unprofessional had to pay them $425.00 just to get my car back the only thing they did was wash it just to see the hail damage . Using profanity language and threats I would not recommend doing business with them

Car was hit In the rear driver quater panel. They repaired it right, even from underneath the car you can't tell.

I got backed into on a road in a residential neighborhood. I took my car to Collision because they were close and I recognized the name. When I picked it up I noticed that the end of the hood that had been dented in the collision wasn't fixed. There was also a light housing bracket broken that they didn't fix. After speaking to the person in charge at the body shop it was obvious that for some reason he thought I was trying to defraud the insurance company. I then spoke to my insurance agent who assured me that those things should have been, and would be fixed. When I got my car back for the second time it was all fixed, but the work was terrible. It looked like they replaced my hood with a used one that was in worse shape than mine. There were runs, fisheyes, and pits in the paint and workin no time it was chipping off. If I could give them zero stars I would.
