I loved the early check-in. My pickup was at 10am and I was driving by 10:10am. Gregg was superrrr nice. His customer service was everything and more. Even the guy who washes the cars was nice and made great conversation while I waited for Gregg. This was my first time renting from the Lagrange location and I will definitely be back again.

Excellent Service!!! Remember little things make Big Things Happen. Whether you are an experienced driver or relatively new they can assist you in All Questions So Please ask questions about every car and it's Operations remember it's always wise having full coverage insurance on all vehicles when renting. The Service is. Like I said. In the Beginning Excellent!!! Maybe 🤔 be busy at times But call ahead of time to have your vehicle ready, plan ahead. Simply being patient and understanding and asking questions will pay you dividends. We are called to Serve one another in Truth and Righteousness. Like I said!!! Excellent Service 👍

Called and reserved vehicle paid online with credit card only to receive a call that no cars are available. Gave full refund but it takes 3-10 business days for payment to be returned to card. This company should not process payments without services rendered. It is not fair to the customer Now not only am I scrambling to find a car I have limited funds due to this

Charged 250 cleaning fee.. said i was smoking and the proof was i sprayed the car with an air sanitizer.. i never have this issue with enterprise

Best staff ever. Cheaper then Enterprise. We got upgraded to SUV for free because economy car wasn't available when we got there. We were attended by Greg and he's the best at what he's doing. He got my business forever. He gave us thorough walk around the car. Car was very clean and very well taken care of.

Outstanding customer service! I’ve rented from this location at least 10 times. The manager, Charles, is always courteous and helpful. Vehicle quality and the rental cost is very good. Great location in LaGrange. I’ll continue to do business there and I highly recommend!

That actual location staff was very friendly and helpful, but the customer service over the phone was TERRIBLE! They acted as if they couldn't hear and we had to keep repeating everything and he STILL got EVERYTHING wrong! He said pickup was BY 5:30, but we could pick up before. We got there and the gentleman at the local office said that we couldn't pick up until 5:30, because that's how they reserved it. He said that we would just need to call them and have them change the time. We called and talked to Joe, and he said that the name was also wrong, so he had to change that! He THEN said he had to cancel the PRE-PAID reservation and make another one, instead of just spelling the name correctly. He said they would send a cancellation email and wanted to re-verify the email. When I did, he said that was wrong also. I asked HOW, when we received the confirmation email from the first rep and he had us to make sure we received it and called the number to him. PLUS the card went through with the name! He said he didn't know how that happened but he had to do it over. Mind you me, we got the by 4:15, it is now 4:49! He cancelled the previous one and then said the card was declined! We said YES because their reps messed everything up and took money from the card. He then said the only way he could do it, was to use another card or TRY to get it in the store. The gentleman in the store apologized and said this should not have happened and that he would do it, so I could hang up with Joe! I told Joe "Thanks for NOTHING and hung up! The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars is because the guy in the store was apologetic and did everything he could to get us on our way!
