Staff are always helpful and very nice. And store always clean and well stocked except on sale items which sell out quick. But at those price you should expect that. But it is one of my staple places to shop. Great place for great deals staffed by great people.

Like any other harbor freight same tools same deals lots of sale items on table at same price of unopened box items on shelves I guess they think the average consumer isn't very bright

For a discount tool store they carried most any tool you may need. You may not get Craftsman but you also don't pay for that name. The staff seems to go out of their way to assist the clients.

They treat me well..the staff now way better than them last losers Mariah Markell was the absolute most jackass manager in the history of managers.. Joey was a dweeb.. Becky and Kim was the best and Julian changed up and became lame..

Great values on tools with good warranty. Good selection of tools as well. One ISSUE I have is I can not buy on line and pick up in store. We live 25 miles from the closest store with the hours I work I can not buy a product and send some one after it. With that reason I have to buy some where else. I would like to give them more business but with this issue I can't. Thanks
