Got a paint job done at this for $550, which is expensive for a bumper only job . Bumper started to peel (which was under warranty ) He denied to repaint it and wanted to charge me again . The bumper had chips which if from rocks or other reasons. But peeling is what was promised under warranty . I wouldn’t do business here . So much better places with lower prices. I would STAY AWAY from this place !!!!! Service: Painting

After leaving my car there for some body work and a paint job I was pleasantly surprised when they called me a week early to tell me that my job was done. Mr. Byron seems like he’s professional on his work ,but unfortunately he made me make claim against my Insurance policy and I got everything he asked for from the insurance company . Now he’s telling me he doesn’t have a time to do my car , because after I left his shop , he has received a lot of damage card from insurance company . now he does not have a time for me at all . I really do not want to do Business with ( kars Auto paint & Body shop) anymore because they do not value all Customer the same . they are choose and pick Customer . Which is in this situation they chose the big Fish . I am just Little fish they are not going to make a lot of money out of my car because it has a minor damage . I have an Audi Q5 that had a straight wing and a door, very badly scratched and the paint jumped. Searching Google for a repair and painting service, I discovered this Kars Auto Paint & Body Shop. From everything I found, the only one I suspected would be okay was this Kars Auto Paint. We went to the address and here we met Mr. Byron, the owner of the service. He’s very friendly, communicative and very professional person. He saw what it was about and gave us a free estimate for this repair, showed us another car he had in the workshop, how to do the painting, and took us to a computer where he showed us the colors. . . which will be combined to get exactly the original color from Audi. The professionalism and attitude which he treated us was amazing. We decided to leave the car on Tuesday to be painted, and in four days Mr. Byron promised it would be ready. On the third day in the afternoon he called us that we could go and get the car. It was amazing when I saw the work. No sign of a blow, as if nothing had happened. The paint is perfect. The same color as the factory color and now the car looks like new. They worked very professionally. Although it is a small business, the end result is millions. I highly recommend this Kars Auto Paint & Body Shop, for the quality of services, professionalism, communication and price. Mr. Byron, thank you to the entire team you worked with for the perfect repair of my car. You are a wonderful person, whom you rarely get a chance to meet. Kars Auto Paint & Body Shop did an outstanding job on my car! They did it fast, were very communicative and upfront about everything. The entire front end was repainted. I had brought in aftermarket parts that weren't perfect, and even though those parts weren't perfect, they improved the fitment to make it even more secure. I highly recommend them especially if you're in the Gwinnett area!
