Slightly Disturbed to see so many positive reviews. I've been going to this pharmacy for 8 years and they've never been very good or timely. Furthermore they usually made mistakes about one out of every three prescriptions. My father is a renowned local cardiologist Dr Juan esnard and he also stopped going to this pharmacy due to its lack of professionalism. I only ever went to this pharmacy because it was relatively convenient being the closest CVS to lake tobo. All of a sudden and literally without explanation they have told me that I can no longer fill my prescriptions at their CVS or any CVS in the country. I was given the explanation that it would be too complicated to explain over the phone. I took my business to Walgreens and they were able to fill my prescriptions within less than 10 minutes and for an average of $50 cheaper in total for all prescriptions. Something is going on with the CVS avoided all costs and simply go to the Walgreens two blocks away they are friendly, more professional, cheaper, and will not cut you off. I'm going to do everything in my power to get the CVS pharmacy staff replaced at this location. I'm going to do everything in my power to get the CVS pharmacy staff replaced at this location.

The people in the pharmacy are the worst the seem to hate their jobs and treat people with no decency. Front of the store is always well maintained and customer oriented.

I GIVE THIS CVS FIVE STARS, I'M A NEW CUSTOMER TO THIS PHARMACY. AND I JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ENTIRE STORE STAFF, EVERYONE I'VE MET ARE SO VERY FRIENDLY. AND THE STORE IS SO VERY CLEAN AND NEAT!! FIVE THUMBS UP 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This might be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’m switching everything to Wal-Greens. I can’t handle it anymore. Everyone seems to have a bad attitude and the wait time in line to pick up my prescriptions is always at least 10 minutes. They’ve also auto-refilled prescriptions numerous times that I’ve called and cancelled. I’m done. Wish the small town local pharmacy was an option these days, but for now, I guess I’m joining team Wal Greens.

The Pharmacist Jasmine is literally my favorite! She changed my whole demeanor of the pharmacy here. She definitely creates a more personal experience! I love it!

The pharmacy answers the phone each time in less than a 2 minutes. Much better than Bass CVS. I've switched my families scripts over as a result of the much improved service and have had positive experiences thus far.

Horrible customer service, unorganized and rude! I was told to come back in 30 minutes they were working on our prescription. We were signed up for auto refills. Came back and was told they were out of the medicine. I was told to call another CVS if I needed it. Young girl at the drive through was really rude and the pharmacist standing right behind her and did not say anything. We moved all our prescriptions to Publix, they are much nicer and easier to deal with.

I dont know what was going on but I went to this location to fill a prescription and it was awful. I was at the drop off counter for a long time before someone helped me even though 3 people had walked by the counter and said nothing to me while they were putting up inventory. Then finally one of them came to help me, but acted annoyed that I was there. Not only that but I think he was on something. He acted very lethargic, slurred a little, and repeated my phone number back to me several times incorrectly. I am very concerned about this because he is responsible for filling prescriptions!!

Pharmacy, old blonde lady. Very bad attitude… I can’t deal with Cvs anymore. I will be changing my RX to Walgreens
