This place is absolutely amazing they always treat me like family! I get great deals on everything thing I purchase and believe me it’s a lot of purchasing. Craig, Jesus and Albert are my favorite staff members and if you ever need help they will always do there best to get you what you need.

Unfortunately due to horrible customer service of an Albert I have to give low rating-manager Greg and others are good, but this cashier is rude, yelled at me and was in there playing with music blasting and only 1 customer. I had to give him my phone number 4x because he can’t get it together being distracted. He knows why I’m there and which account I’m paying on, but he tried tried to shame me for having more than 1 account by yelling it out at me. It’s all in their system and on a good day he would tell me what I was there to pay for-hence the reason for this bad review-all due to Albert’s horrible service. This guy needs better customer service training. This location has made alot of monies from me so as I told Albert-do better.

First off let me say that I had gone to this store for something totally different than what I got. A 1927 M1 .45 cal Thompson. Craig was very helpful and worked with me without hesitation, even calling me on his personal line. When I received my purchase this afternoon, lots of people wanted to know the who, what, where and why. In all of the confusion, we forgot to remove the stores trigger lock. I was very happy to have Craig's number and called him after the store had closed. He immediately told me that he will get the key for the lock and come to me to remove it. I was very grateful to him and the professionalism of his staff. Thank you again.

The customer service is always professional and inviting. The staff greets everyone as they enter the store and makes you feel welcomed. No make what you had came to the store for the staff always makes you feel as they value you as a customer. Keep up the positive energy and thank you for being consistent during these times.

I’m pretty shocked at the lack of customer service I just encountered. Came in looking for a tv. I had my eyes set on one that wasn’t working. I asked if it turns on, he said yes. I asked if they could show us that it turns on, he said no because they didn't have the missing adapter. Apparently it takes an adapter that you’d need for a computer? I asked if he could let me know the type of adapter, and he said he didn’t know - very short with me as if I was bothering them... It was the passive aggressiveness, lack of care, and apparent lack of knowledge for me. And even if you don’t know something, I would expect that you would at least try to make it so we have a pleasant experience in your store since you couldn’t help us. Will never return here. I don’t spend my dollars where they aren’t welcomed.

First was the phone call. Vanessa was the kindest person we have spoke too since me and my wife moved here a few weeks ago. For what we pawned they offered a amazing amount. If you need to pawn or sell anything come here hands down. They deserve 10 stars if possible
