I ordered some balloons for an event at work and failed to look at my receipt. The delivery date was wrong in the computer. When I called to find out where my balloons were, they explained that they had a different delivery date. I was panicked. The person on the phone, offered to inflate them all and started before I got there. I was able to pick them up and get them to the event on time with 5 minutes to spare. She really really saved me that day!

Witnessed Party City employee collecting carts in parking lot @ Newnan store Thursday 6/16 1:00 pm. One of the carts had trash (cup w/liquid & napkin). Employee threw trash on pavement and walked away. There is a trash can located outside the store within 10 ft of her discarding it on the ground. Is management aware how unprofessional there employees are?? We were totally shocked! 😳

They used to have every character you could think of for birthdays. Now, the store is half empty and the girls working didn't really seem to want to help.

Staff was great and friendly. Quick to help me. I had to purchase balloons for the next day because I need them at 5am. The sun has not even went completely down, but the balloons have. They do not reopen until 10am and that is to late for when I need them.

The store was not crowded, I noticed people not wearing masks as well. However, the staff were nice, and they had some good sales going on.

I went earlier today and saw one of your mangers’ scream at an employee for leaning while doing the receipt for another costumer. I think that is very rude and not to mention unprofessional. I will never be shopping here again and I will be telling everyone I know to not shop here if that how you treat the people who work for you. Please be better.

We came in just minutes before closing time. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Assisted us with choosing our party items and never getting frustrated with us for being their last customers. Very gracious service.
