I need to tank the 2 lady's and gentlemen that help me on Halloween my son custom got stolen in school and I went to 3 stores and found nothing I went to This target and went to customer service told them my story and they help to find a mask and a cape thank you so much it was a team work all helping me 🙏🙏 it was around 6:40 pm manager you have a great team work..

Addition to my review: was in target last night right before closing. Ian went above and beyond helping me find what I needed with a positive attitude. Hard to find these days. The staff at this Target go above and beyond. They always are happy to help and the store is super organized. Love this location.

Lived in PTC for 4 years. This Target is never stocked with items. I always have to go to Johns Creek to find the items I need.

Bathrooms are disgusting at this location, every single time. Especially the woman’s restrooms. The rest of the store is good but comparing to other targets this is pretty bad.

I don’t think they believe in customer service at this location accept for the manager I believe her name is Nina she is the only person in the store that has respect for the customers or even shows courteous now I had an issue doing a return I never was rude or disrespectful with the cashier but she was snappy with me and rude other than the rude workers this store is actually really nice it’s clean for the most part

tried many ways to leave a message on your website. Read on a neighborhood site that you are aware of a homeless person that harasses people directly by the Starbucks area. The sad news is the site indicates you are doing nothing to correct. Please tell me this is not true.

Customer service doesn’t even exist at this location!! Every time you visit guest services it’s as if they have such a bad attitude. You’d be better off going to Walmart for such lousy service. Usually I don’t write reviews but after my experience today I had to inform others of the lack of customer service here. Apparently one of the items from my “ready to pickup order” wasn’t available upon be arriving to the store although it never sent me an email stating that. The rude employee (African American woman with long single braids with blonde and red curly ends) scans my barcode to pickup order then leaves to go grab it but once she comes back she informs me one of my items isn’t at the pickup stand…clearly you could tell she didn’t fell like actually going to check the aisles for it. So she says to me “well your other item isn’t at the pickup you wanna just go ahead and cancel it” and I respond well may you check because I’d really like the item if possible as I’m currently redecorating. She then leaves with an attitude and then comes back only to inform me that she canceled my order because she couldn’t find it and then just walked off!!! No receipt no apology or anything!!! Typically when target is out of stock of an order they usually will ask if you’d like the item shipped to you if it’s available to ship, this woman didn’t even give me that option at all. And when I asked if I’d receive a refund she acted as if I’d ruined her day and begun rolling her eyes. This target customer service is beyond disgusting and to make matters worse I had to ask the security officer for a bag because she didn’t even bother to give me one for my other item. I won’t be back.

It’s well stocked and organized. Plus the location is very convenient since it’s next to a Publix. Plus their baby collection on clothes is awesome.

I love this location!! It’s just something about being in Target that just makes you want to stay in longer. They always having something in stock if I need it. I’m starting to think they have a better selection in their inventory than the other locations nearby. They’re so clean, organized and have great customer service. The $5 or less section in the front of the store gets me every-time. They always have the cutest things in that section that you can’t resist. The beauty area is improving every year and it makes you want to buy your makeup from them. I like how they have bigger help center in certain parts of their store that give you more details about items in their store. The checker will let you know exactly if something is in-stock or not and if it’s at another location. When walking in the store there will be someone at the front to greet you and offer you a mask if you don’t have one.

Store is good but costumer services sucks. When I enter the store there was a lady standing wich she didn't greet me at all but the lady behind me was white and she welcome her and greet her like she was the only customer. When I was ready to check out there was only one register open wich was the 10 items or less and I ask if I could pay there because I had more than 10 items and the guys that was behind the cashier said its the only register open right? He was very rude. I love target all the time but this store needs better costumer services
