This particular store location is my neighborhood location and as often as I shop there, today’s experience was unpleasant to say the least! I understand that they allow a certain amount of people into the store due to the pandemic but the associate managing the line today was beyond rigid. Basically if two people are out shopping together, you better both be waiting in line together in order for you both to be able to enter the store at this location. With it being the holiday season it is not uncommon for your shopping partner to hold your place in line when having to stand in more lines to shop is the norm right now. I was told my mother could step out talk to me and would be let back into the store, but I would have to go get in the line if I wanted to enter. Which was seriously ridiculous! So, we decided to go to a different location with more considerate associate(s). Oh and don’t call to speak with a manager as they are an even bigger disappointment to deal with! People meet their parties in lines at restaurants, the movies, etc. this happens ALL the time, it’s not a big deal, but apparently today this was some strange phenomenon… meeting up with your party in a line! ~Keena

Ample spacing between the aisles to allow for multiple people to pass through. The store appeared clean and the staff were friendly. They had a pretty good selection for those looking to purchase clothes or decor for their home. ~Jacqueline
ALDI
I wish this location did delivery but the times I've stopped in weren't bad. I've had a few long waits but due to the model of the store, I understand. The produce is really good sometimes but the high quality isn't always maintained. The staff is pleasant so that's a plus. ~Taydra
Target
I love this location!! It’s just something about being in Target that just makes you want to stay in longer. They always having something in stock if I need it. I’m starting to think they have a better selection in their inventory than the other locations nearby. They’re so clean, organized and have great customer service. The $5 or less section in the front of the store gets me every-time. They always have the cutest things in that section that you can’t resist. The beauty area is improving every year and it makes you want to buy your makeup from them. I like how they have bigger help center in certain parts of their store that give you more details about items in their store. The checker will let you know exactly if something is in-stock or not and if it’s at another location. When walking in the store there will be someone at the front to greet you and offer you a mask if you don’t have one. ~Brittney
Smoothie King
Rude and dismissive customer service. I arrived early at 7:45am. I had just done a basic metabolic rate test so I had been fasting and was faint. Another reason I needed this smoothie was I am also still recovering from oral surgery so I need a liquid diet. I had received a marketing email about a buy one get one free size 15oz until May 16. I did not print the email because it said “a special” so I just expected the special to be internal and communicated to staff top down. That was not my experience. When I entered the store, I was not greeted albeit four staff members (2 women and 2 men) were sitting or standing inside the store. I felt as though I had just interrupted a group meeting. But the sign said open and there was a customer waiting ahead of me. I waited my turn and when asked, I informed the clerk about the special I read about. He asked for proof then denied the special when I could not produce evidence of their special. I was flabbergasted. He then went about his day and he casually mentioned checking the mobile app. I pulled put my phone and checked the mobile app. I asked him for help because I rarely use the app. Instead of helping, the clerk said I was a low priority and that I would have to wait. Because I felt faint from no food and I needed to take my post-surgical antibiotic timely, I left while telling the clerk not to bother getting around to me that I am leaving due to bad customer service. I left, and ate my cold oatmeal in the car while typing up a complaint on the Smoothie King website. I would have preferred to rejoin the Smoothie King customer family and use my app and points more regularly but this experience has changed me for good. No more Smoothie King. I’ve never been so rudely treated by total strangers who are supposed to be supportive of health and wellness. This is not on corporate brand and should be addressed by upper management. Tbh these staff do not even earn a single star but this complaint won’t post without at least one. I gladly accept this star for putting up with their nasty attitude. ~Gryph
Firestone Complete Auto Care
This place is a joke. I had a scheduled appointment. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment. When I told them I had arrived they looked at me like I was crazy and said that they don’t have enough hands on deck to deal with my issue since everyone was working on other cars who arrived earlier. I took my business across the street to Mr. Tire who actually kept my appointment. Much better service there! ~Jalapeno
