This was the smallest and most sparse Goodwill I've ever visited. The "small" part was okay because I didn't have much time but it also felt a little depressing. Staff was nice as were some of the other shoppers.

Always treasures if you look, polite employees. Curious if Goodwill Industries invested in a marketing person to coordinate a retail, cleaner look if their weary, tired merchandise would find greater revenue & become a trendy, happy shopper experience with greater reach.

I’m sorry my first and last time here, the place smells and the clothes are so ugly you can find better stuff in TJ Maxx then here really bad experience..

One of the best Goodwills in the Savannah area. Constantly bring out carts of good to floor. Good customer service!! Very helpful associates. Great finds for short time in store.

Well, I found a sun shirt to wear while doing some yardwork. I didn't know that the clothes for sale aren't even sprayed with a disinfectant or a sanitizer before being put out for sale. Now I know!

Always find something cool - today I found a salad spinner and the awesomely bright shirt in the picture that doesn't look like it was even worn!

I hate this place. Now you can't use your reward points on Sundays. Today I found out they don't give senior discount on Sunday anymore. And they changed the rewards program. You have to spend $200 before getting the discount. I feel the company has been going twords high profit and forgetting the poor people who shop there. I always have a bad experience here. Last time the cashier over charged me by $3.00, even after I told her three items were half off that day. And then today a customer was very disrespectful by reaching over my child who was in the large part of the shopping cart. The people who shop here are rude and disrespectful.
