Came into this location on 04/11 and asked the representative Crystal to check for a particular size in pants and said she would check. Employee never came back to let me know if she had pants in stock. Afterwards I spoke with a second employee Hannah and Hannah stated that they don’t have jeggings in a size Over 4. I informed Hannah that that information was incorrect because I was holding a size higher than a size four in my hand. Hannah then told me that Crystal didn’t check because “ maybe she just forgot.” When looking towards the front of the store, CRYSTAL was then bouncing a ball in front of the store. Poor customer service. Do not recommend this location. I then got a manger involved who then checked another location for the jeans, something HANNAH or CRYSTAL could have done.

Associate helped me find the right jeans for me. Can't remember her name for the life of me but I told her my issues with fit after trying on several pairs and she recommended the "curvy" fit and helped me find my perfect size. They didn't have the long length in my size so she ordered it for me. I'm so glad I went here I've never had a pair of jeans fit me better than these

They forget to take sensors off clothing. Luckily I didn’t wash it before noticing or else it could’ve ruined the rest of my clothes, very unprofessional. Please teach your workers better.

Lazy, unprofessional, rude, zero product knowledge, walked out on me, want to make money without delivering quality service, bad communication skill, act as if they don’t get paid and working for free. My experience:Cynthia and Maria were extremely rude to my family. I request they order a merchandise I saw on the wall and they picked a wrong one on the floor claiming it’s the same . After taking a second look, they agreed it wasn’t the same (zero product knowledge). Too lazy to look at the right item and they walked out on me. Why put something on the wall if you can’t order the item from inventory???? Maria literally walked me out and tell me to go to another store.Will leverage my network and community to reduce traffic to this store until they have capable personnel .

I went into the store to make a return from a purchase online. The employees were great. They require a mask be worn and will provide you with a disposable mask if you don’t have one. The process was fast and easy. The woman doing the return was very patient as my daughter kept running away and I had to keep leaving the counter. This will definitely be my go to store in the future.

It appears that staff is fully equipped to handle customers during COVID-19 times. Masks are required and provided to customers who do not have their own. Clothes are sanitized near firring rooms. Employees are friendly and attentive.

This was My FIRST visit here. They are expensive for me but they had a clearance I could afford with GREAT options. Staff was nice and professional. I asked about discounts and it was explained that the more you bought is how you get rewards but I could get 20% off with applying for a credit card. Honestly I went with my daughter who is coming home after 9 years and this is her store. I like the colors and atmosphere. I'm Not sure if the pants are life long for 60.00 like levis. Now I'm familiar with that brand.

Honest&true: clean store. Customer service: Really attentive, each time that I have visited. I shopped for clothing for women. Their accessories are somewhat limited. At the time of visit had really cute summer sandals. Their leggings/jeggings are incredible. I'm a curvy young lady and they fit nicely!

I love American Eagle clothing, but this isn't a review on their clothes. It's a review on their service at this particular store. The employees were very rude here and made exchanging items very difficult. They'd rather have a conversation among themselves than help their customers. The store was kept in neat order, but based off the staff I'd recommend going to a different AEO store if you can.
