First like to start off by saying the Verizon store employee that helped us LD was awesome. However I broke my phone last Wednesday made an insurance claim Friday was told that I would have my phone between 5 and 7 PM that same day that time comes around no Insight wait all weekend Monday comes around I make another claim in store on the phone with asurion (Verizon's outsourced insurance comp) was told that my phone would be delivered the next day that did not happen as well after Coming back up to Verizon and speaking with LD and asurion on the phone again I'm told that there's nothing they can do for me but send me a new phone and I will not be compensated for the week of not having my phone for my business! I own a business myself if I outsource a job to a company and they do not handle that job the way they are supposed to it's up to me to fix the situation so my question to Verizon is how are you going to fix the situation!

So check this out— I came in for an upgrade because my phone blacked out. CHEYENNE was the person assisting me. She turned me down within 2 minutes and didn’t even TRY to get into my account or anything, telling me to “file an insurance claim” She wasn’t helpful at all. She didn’t care to assist me any further. She was actually on her phone as I was walking thru the door and looked like she just wanted to get back to what she was doing on it. Very poor customer service here.. not even a bit of compassion. I went to the other Verizon store in statesboro on Kennedy Street, beside the CVS and received the BEST customer service!! They were able to assist and give me a NEW phone at this Verizon with no hesitation and no issue whatsoever!! I totally recommend the Kennedy Street Verizon over this one!!

Everyone I interacted with seemed very knowledgeable and didn't have to fumble for a answer, also were pretty straight forward in helping with negotiating around certain options for replacing a broken phone with a new. My last experience almost a year ago with it seemed like a completely different crew kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, at my own expense however for not thinking things through on something minor. The time before I got a new galaxy phone and they all have transitioned to the new C-drive port, which my original phone had as well, the new phone came with new cable but no charging block...that had a C-drive on both ends, so the guy upsold me on the specific charging block, only 20$....but every charger I have at home and the for the original phone were C-drive, and I feel like he took advantage of the sale pitch instead of being like "oh yea they use the same charger, you don't need another one you now have to purchase". Not enough to discredit entirely the sales staff but just food for thought.

Had to get a new phone as much as I hated to do it. I hate having to program passwords and all that good stuff so I hold out as long as possible. Got it and told the CSR what I wanted and he showed me the Motorola's available and suggested one that was similar to my old phone. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to purchase the phone, case and most importantly the screen protector, have him get me set up and was out of there in about 30 minutes. Thankful he didn't try to sell me something I really had no desire to get and him being straight up!!

Miss quote and miss lead you on prices.They are the best service. Always have connection that is fabulous.. To make sure payments stay low they talked me into basically 398.00 down when I could have left with no money down...and bill suppose to be 120.00 with two lines, now first bill with nothing purchased an charged to account, is 298.00 ??? For what ??? That means I could have walked out with 2 lines,Two phones( iPhones)and no money DOWN. Now they are expecting a person in one mo. Time to pay close to 600.00? I just think they should value their customers a little more?? Do associates work on commission base??
