Credit card owners beware! Do not get a credit card with this company. Interest rates are through the roof fees attached make almost triple what your original balance is. Customer service is rude and disrespectful. Shops somewhere else for your sporting goods needs, not worth the time and hassle.Also you miss your payment by one day and you will literally be harassed with phone calls.

Every single employee was so helpful and even walked me to the direction I was inquiring about. Used their walkie talkies to tell me which employee was most knowledgeable in my quests and even handed me off (I know they sounds weird lol) Compared to my experience with the competitors whose name ends in ick’s, employee didn’t even bother to stop walking forcing me to move out the way and hitting a shelf when I asked about dance shoes. So I truly appreciate the management in this establishment, they must be doing something right and they will continue to receive my business for that.

Words are very powerful they say. This store is very racist and very unprofessional. Jordan whose in the firearm department and also the man with the dreads, I don't care what's his name is. They look at you any kind of way and they will look at you like you don't matter. I was in line for no more then 30 mind because they looked at me and kept going to the next customer. Yall need to get yall staff in order before it be some problems. The next customer will make your store look bad because of your employees.

Long lines sometimes but being the only sports store in a busy area with people not wanting to work in todays society I’m sure they have their troubles like every other store…I love this store they are always helpful and any questions that I have they answer right away. Fast pickup also

Great Customer service. I ordered online but found the product in the store. They were able to cancel right away and called me afterwards to confirmed my order was canceled and emailed me a receipt

Looked on there website for a gun I wanted to buy and it said they had 1 in stock so I drove an hr to get it and when I got there the guy wasn't very friendly and looked for like 2 seconds and then said the site was wrong and walked away. I've been debating on whether to ever go there because they don't really have much and we'll this was the last time I'll ever go back there again.

While I'm disappointed that they've seemingly discontinued the kids dance section, I was truly impressed that I called and got great service. My shoes were waiting for me when I got there. The prices are comparable to other sports stores and the service is good. Hopefully they'll reconsider having a kids dance section complete with tights, leotards, etc.
