Pitiful and sad. Kroger # 369 on 138 in Stockbridge is a depressing store to shop at. The front entrance had scattered paper in the front entrance. That is never a good sign. It only takes a few minutes for employees who attend the parking lot to pick it up. Upon checking out, I forgot a Kroger gift card. I stopped at Customer Service desk to inquire. I could tell the young lady working was talking to someone on her phone. She told me they were over on the gift card aisle. Being unsure of the store, I did not realize there were two areas to choose from and went back to inquire again. She was upset and I could hear the young man's voice and she was rude to me, but pointed to the gift card display. I would not normally leave a post like this, but management needs to know to look at their stores on a regular basis to make sure friendliness, courtesy and cleanliness is a priority. 8/15/21 between 7pm and 7:30, it was not!

Been coming here for years and there’s a fair amount of different faces that has worked here, all pretty much pleasant. Today a new hire was there and decided to rudely tell me I had to go to the bank to get more cash for my $2 in quarters on a $20 tab. 8 coins… She said she had the right to refuse service to me if I didn’t have exact cash (which I did I just had $2 in coins) …. Absolutely mind blown, she was saying these things but she continued to cash me out? Hope she has a better day tomorrow. Otherwise, good prices on the gas.

Currently out of fuel and trying to find the nearest station with premium gas. The lady who answered said she couldn’t tell me that information over the phone. I explained my situation to see if that maybe changed anything and she decided the next best option was to raise her voice and repeat “I SAID WE CANT TELL YOU THAT OVER THE PHONE” during an already frustrating time for me. Piss poor customer service. Call occurred 5/19 at 6:07 AM.

This is the only place I like at this Kroger store....is buying gas after being overcharged inside the store. They add 10% at the register. So getting money for money spent...only comes back to me as a customer by going to fuel points. I wonder how many people really do like fuel points.... for this same reason.

Pay at the pump. Attendant available. You can use your Kroger points (earned by shopping at Kroger grocery) to reduce your cost per gallon.
