It's not the place to go if you need anything, they are not very knowledgeable.

If and ONLY if you can tell them EXACTLY what you need can they be of ANY assistance. *At least with my last 2 visits* Less than 2 miles down the road you can find a real parts store ( O' Reilly auto parts) with educated employees that know the difference between a bearing and a universal joint.

The Manger of this store talks poorly about his customers behind there backs. He also believes women don't know anything about automotives. He treated my grandmother poorly while she was buying parts .I will never be going back to this store again

Service takes way too long. There were only 2 other people when I arrived and none of us were taken care of. I didn’t come here to watch someone giggle on the phone. Do your job so we can leave.
