Jorge was very rude person kept trying to overcharge us when we had already paid we had ask for a refund and he had called security the whole entire time he had a smirk on his face like he didnt want to work we switch from metro PCs to cricket not even a day with cricket it was the worst experience ever never again going back to that store in desert sky mall

VERY INFORMATIVE TEAM... Walked in shopping for my wife and ended up switching over to Cricket. Advocates we very friendly and i over head other customers complaining about T-mobile service. I guess it is a big deal. I been having terrible reception and only made me feel secured and sure about the purchase I made. I definitely recommend CRICKET, @ SKY mall. Thank you for the water, and for demonstrating how to use my NEW DTV NOW services.

I was there a few days ago, and the gal was very knowledgeable of everything. I had so many questions and the other Cricket's stores never really go beyond nor feel the need to explain the difference of the plans. She explained the difference of the advanced smart devices and just a smartphone. I was there cause i needed to buy a charger since the type C charger is hard to find. My cousin recommended me to that store. They have good prices in overall accessories. I will without a doubt ,be coming to do all business with them although I reside about 10 miles away.
