Got scammed out of $250 at this location. I came to upgrade and pay my phone bill and got charged 200 for the phone, 50 for a activation fee that they said was only 16$ tho(didn't even include my phone bill phone was suspended 2days later) too much lies and confusion and terrible customer service.

To be honest the customer service was awesome but no one said hi to me when I walked in. Felt very singled out! But because I love metropcs and this store so much I will give you 4 stars and continue my business with you guys! <3

I bought a Type-C Charger from this Dealer for over $22 and in less than a month it stopped working, but since I don't have the Cash Receipt they won't exchange it for one that works. Sad. I didn't know they were hurting so bad financially. Guess I will take my money somewhere they'll appreciate the Customer and where they make sure what they sell works.

I have been going to this Metropcs for about 2 years. I have no complaints they always give me the best deals free phone case, memory card and head phones they have great customer service. they do charge $3 to make an instore payment but my phone has service right away.

This lady answers the phone and says "HELLO THIS IS CRICKET" I said sooo is this pcs she said yes began to help me tells me to shut my phone off and so I did then she says sorry in the store its busy could you call back or stop by. Who the hell does that? Did you know you have a job because I PAY MY BILL.

This place sucks . Told me my phone have water damage and I had to buy a new one. Went to a different one and said my phone had no water damage and this place have been telling people lies about there phone when nothing wrong with them
