This store closes whenever they feel like closing i cant get there until 7:30pm because of of my work hours and today 2nd time i get there at 7:30pm and they are already closed but store hours are until 8pm😡 if u wanna close at 7pm or 7:15pm dont put 8pm on your store hours dummy thats not good business

To add to my wife's review below (Valerie)... This place is the best! The workers are AWESOME! QUICK in and out with everything done professionally at a great price!! We traveled about 8 miles to get to this store, passing others along the way because we knew they'd take rightougous care of us there. They didn't disappoint! No, they are not paying me to say any of that!

The 5 stars I give for this review, are well deserved. The customer service was by far the best of any other MetroPCS I have ever been to. Very friendly staff and the Jason, the manager was knowledgeable and able to quickly help with a complex situation I had and get me in and out in no time at all. I highly reccomend this location to any person because of the great staff and quality of their service.

Me and my husband were helped by Maria she was WONDERFUL!!!. We had previously gone to the metropcs store on 75th ave and Thomas and had a terrible experience. They made changes to ny account without permission. When I told them I didn't want what they upgraded me to and I just wanted my old plan they told me I couldn't. It was as if they didn't even know what they were doing. I later came here and had Maria help me and she was able to contact customer service to put my account on the original plan I had. It was not her responsibility to clean up the other stores mistake but she did with an awesome attitude. We will be coming here from now on.

They were super helpful at this location, got me everything I needed. I got 2 new phones/lines, they both stayed late to help me get everything set up & they were really nice about it. Great service, and we love our phones! Def reccomend the W. McDowell store! ❤️

My guy in there trulys knows what customer service is and how to handle THERE customers.. Hands down legit.. Every time i go i there they both make sure the needs of the customers are put forth.. Appreciate good people like them.. Keep it up

Employees are informative and helpful. I myself work at this location and i am the manager. We give sam3 prices to everyone and which is if its an upgrade you pay promotional pricing, $15 upgrade fee and taxes. Metropcs release discounts every promotional period so stop by to check if you qualify for the $50 instant rebate on your upgrade.

Yesterday I had the best easy experience I could ever have at a local metroPCS store located on 83rd in McDowell . I had the best two hardworking women who have great communication skills and they have excellent teamwork skills. I would highly recommend Going to this location because the store manager Clara Duran and employee Leydali Roman were able to help multiple people with no hesitation and they managed to get things done in a properly manner. Thank you so much metroPCS for hiring legitimate hardworking dedicated well respected people. Keep up the good work.

So disappointed in another cell phone store. Bought my daughter's phone here, bought a case and a screen protector, but somehow her phone fell on a soft foam surface and the whole phone shattered. Now that's not metropcs's fault, but to make matters worse when I bought the phone they said I could get a $60 mail in rebate after I pay on time for 3 months. I do my part and submit everything, pay on time and I'm told I only get a $19 rebate because it wasn't an upgrade, it was a new phone purchase that doesn't qualify. I just wish phone companies would stop bsing and be honest so I could have expected my $19 instead of my $60 because now I'm super disappointed again. And when I called to speak to someone, no one can help me. Wow! What customer service! 😔😔
