They are bad about false advertising, especially with the rewards. They never take down the signs and so you think your getting the deal and then don't. Then you have to back track and it's just an inconvenience and it's easier to go elsewhere.

Friendly express what a joke the workers never greeted us then when we placed an order they acted like we were bothering them because it interrupted their conversation. No wonder the parking lot was empty.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been going to this same gas station for a few weeks now and every time I go to check out, the cashier is extremely rude and acts as if I am an inconvenience to her. I assume she acted this way because I was staring at her after having to wait for over 5 minutes for her to finish gossiping with one of her regulars at the hot bar that didn’t even buy anything.

Very polite and helpful employees, I don't go here often, just b/c there isn't any on our side of Valdosta,Ga or I would definitely frequent your store more often, y'all definitely need to get a store, just pass exit 16 heading west towards Quitman,we live off of hwy 84 on Ousley Rd and there's really nothing out our way unless you ride to the New Dollar General or convience store,citgo or holiday market ( Wich has gotten expensively high) wish y'all could find a place somewhere off hwy 84 near Ousley Rd, Valdosta Ga.

Combination fast food, gas station, donut, convenience store. Donut special ( donut and any size coffee) only applies to certain donuts. Donuts have a paraffin taste. My cashier was not very friendly.

Well The Friendly Express sounds good. The store is always nice and clean. They have a nice variety of things to snack on, of course the kids love the donut holes. I do, however, feel as if they are a little pricey, and not all of the cashiers are friendly. In general it's the same as any other convenience store, except the prices.

They have pizza, nachos, salads, wing bites and all sorts of hots foods. Gas price was cheapest close by. The restrooms were super clean. The staff was friendly and the pumps were up-to-date and working well. It's a nice store.
