The Aaron's rental deleted my review on Facebook and made it too where I can't write a review on their page so I'm making a corporate review the one on Watson threatened to send the law to my house if they had too wait 3 days on a payment for a washer and dryer that didn't even dry the clothes properly so now I have no way of doing my laundry! This was after they found out that my step dad passed away. These people are very mean and heartless creatures of the night

If you come to this location, make sure to deal with one of the two men who work here. They are excellent. The woman who works here, however, is rude as hell. She should not be working with the public. Her attitude is incredibly nasty. To the manager, please know that the lady with the nasty attitude has caused you to miss a sale.

So disappointed in this store. Especially the woman that works there she is very rude and disrespectful. On today she decided to show up to my home in her personal car and discuss my account with the contractors working on my house (mind you I am not 30 60 or 90 days past due) she was yelling and screaming in front of my house to where my neighbors could hear. I called the manager Damion and expressed how angry and upset I was and he said well what do you want me to do at this point and I said at least show some empathy or compassion about what your employee did he said well ok. I also asked why did it have to go this far I didn’t receive a letter none of my references were called and I feel like she just wanted to pick a fight with a customer he eventually hung up in my face not once but 3 times. I called the 1800 number and went up to the store front obtain a copy on my lease agreement and the woman was there very rude and in fact a employee had to hold her back and take her to an office space and calm her down. I asked to speak with a District or Regional Manager and they said they didn’t have one which I know is very unlikely. I usually do not write reviews but I felt compelled to because I have been a customer almost four years and have paid off a washer dryer a sofa loveseat and 200 dollars away from paying off the lease I have now I am obviously a loyal customer and the way they handle customers is unacceptable. If I could I would give them -1 stars.
