Two of the hairstylists didn’t want to cut my hair and intentionally made me wait. I checked in online and arrived at this store. All the hairstylists were busy with customers, so I patiently waited. I was the only person waiting. A hairstylist just finished. I noticed she was laughing and having a good time with her customer. She checked him out and I assumed that she would be the one cutting my hair. She quickly glanced at me and went back to her station to mop up hair. A 2nd hairstylist was about to finish. I noticed the 1st hairstylist went to her station and started mopping her hair?!? The 2nd hairstylist was surprised and told the 1st hairstylist that she didn’t have to do that. So the 1st hairstylist went back to her station. After the 2nd hairstylist finished checking her customer out, she asked the 1st hairstylist is if she was on a break. She didn’t respond. She asked her again and she finally replied, “He’s all yours.” Obviously, she didn’t want to cut my hair. So I thought, “Okay, I guess the 2nd hairstylist will be cutting my hair.” She clicked around on the computer for a couple of minutes and went straight to the back of the store. Finally, a 3rd hairstylist finished and she eventually took me. While I was getting my hair cut, another customer walked in the store. The 1st hairstylist immediately greeted her and took her. I will never get my haircut from this store again. They intentionally made me wait. They probably thought that I wouldn’t tip them. I always tip my hairstylist at least 15%. You b!tches just lost yourselves a nice tip!

Idk how Ronda does with other types hair, but she has obviously no experience trimming long Caucasian hair. She is clueless and should have said so from beginning and saved me time and money. She trimmed it dry with a blade, piece by piece & started from the bottom. I’m not a cosmetologist but never has anyone trimmed my nor anyone else’s hair I know like that. Once she started, I was scared! She had it uneven several times and thought it was done. She got a chip on her shoulder and she even started making faces when I requested areas be trimmed that she MISSED! Now, I’ll be going somewhere else & paying more money to finish it. If she hadn’t started her shade, I would have forgave her and tipped her for trying. You pay for what you get! Lesson learned. Service: Bang trim

This is normally a pretty good place to get a haircut. The staff has always been polite and their prices are reasonable. They also offer a military discount, which is kind of them. Just be sure to call ahead and double check the hours since what they have posted on the door does not reflect what's here on Google Maps.

One of the worst haircuts I've ever received. Side burns sliced off(did not ask for) the back of my head the line is completely crooked to the point its embarrassing. I could of cut my own hair better in a mirror. Friendly staff, but horrible haircut.

My husband loves this location and for himself and now won't go anywhere else. We take our kids and they do great with them as well. Our 3 year old went for his first official hair cut and she did a phenomenal job. The entire staff is very kind and professional. 5 star recommendation!!

3 people in the building, including myself. I was told they didn't have time to blow dry my hair, after I was in the chair. All I needed was half dry hair,, blow dry. Makes no sense. ILL NEVER COME BACK. If someone can't get a simple blow dry, they need more skilled workers. No wonder great clips is a joke in the hair salon Industry.

I don't know what your experience were. But I must say; the new staff there is AWESOME! they are SUPER professional an provides Great Services. They even gave out snacks and water on these hot days. I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. I'M BRING EVERYONE I KNOW. I feel like people only rate when they have a bad experience. But I'm all for Great Services, an giving Great Review. Pass that on!
