I just have to brag on Elise. I come to this Starbucks all the time when I'm going into work. Elise always has the best attitude. Her energy in incredible and contagious. Even if I'm having a bad day or not in the mood, you can't help but feel better because of her genuine positive attitude. I have a closer starbucks to my house but I choose to go to this one just because I know I'm going to have the best customer service! Thank you Elise! You have so much potential for greater things in your life! Good job girl!

We were pulling our boat when we stopped at this Starbucks, so we just parked by the Publix and walked over. And even though the drive-thru was very busy we got our order for the three of us very fast! The drinks were perfect and the breakfast food was delicious, as always. Everyone was friendly and efficient! Thank you!

I am thinking you have a business model of the drive thru first then in store? Understood. I also don’t think I should be waiting 17 mins for a plain bagel when there’s no other in store customers and three Starbucks employees sitting conducting interviews.

Come on Starbucks? What's with pouring lukewarm coffee? Since I had you fill my own insulated cup, I didn't notice until I left. Your baristas should have noticed when they poured. No excuses.

Awesome staff and excellent service! The staff was very upbeat, welcoming, and happy to serve! Definitely recommend this Starbucks. We will most certainly be making this location one of our regular stops.

Normally SB always gets 5 start from me, but today the ladies had a closed sign and the men's was disgusting. I couldn't use the app, recurring network issue message trying to fund the location (I was in the parking lot and connected to their wifi!). So I had to go inside to order and pay. Trying to leave, a rude patron blocked me into my parking space waiting for the drive thru and let THREE car lengths open up before she pulled up to unblock me. I doubt I'll revisit the Valdosta SB again any time soon. The 3 stars 🌟 are for my drink.

The staff was nice and my order was fast. However, the coffee was burnt. It was not drinkable and they refused to fix it citing that was what I ordered. But I never said burnt coffee.

Great staff and only a short drive off of the interstate. Brand new STARBUCKS with plenty of seating and clean bathrooms. Located in the same parking lot as the Publix across the parking lot.
