She provided the details & some options upfront & then just let me explore on my own once equipped with the right knowledge. At sale, she took into account every discount she could to save me over 1K in the end. Looking forward to trying out the new mattress next week!

Phil was amazing! I had just finished putting together my sons new bed and he was eager to sleep in it that night, but I needed to find a mattress. I walked into Mattress Firm after buying some new bedding at Target. Anyway as soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly. I knew what I wanted and Phil showed me some options. He had the brilliant idea to have me pull my car around to see if the mattress would fit before I purchased it. He was very hands on and even helped take out my head rests and wanted to make sure I was comfortable to drive being pregnant and all. We made it work and I was able to buy the mattress and drive away happy knowing my son would be just as pleased! So thanks Phil for going above and beyond! Who would have thought you could fit a twin mattress in a little Kia Soul ;)

The whole staff at mattress firm was very nice and inviting. Phil helped me find the mattress best for me. He was very informative on each mattress I tested out and helpful in my decision on what mattress will best help alleviate my pain that also fit in my budget. He did everything he could to get me the best deal possible!
